We have Cisco 9100 series embedded wireless controller. I have configured the 9100 WCL but we are facing one issue. We have to SSID one is maine network and other one is guest network. Main network IP range is 192.168.2.5/24 and guest network IP range is 172.16.31.1/24 we are able to connect with main network but when we try connect with guest we are also able to connect but the ip is showing main network. We have sophos firewall and Aruba switch where we have implemented VLAN but we are not able to setup. Could you please help me to configure this setup. One more thing VLAN option is not showing in WLC 9100 series.

My controller is on another network and access-point is on another. And AP have the reachability towards WLC controller, but AP are not added on WLC controller. can u share your number

Add 2 things then check
1. Add native vlan-(controller ip) on every switch
2. Access point should be connected with trunk port
3. Check time and date of controller and ap both and correct them
4. Check country code should be IN
Check the ping of your controller via access pot
