Did you watch the show? The pokemon didn't want to after Charizard. Wasn't ash's decision. They saw the drastic change in Charizard which is why ash's pokemon ignored Charizard until the volcano battle. They wanted to stay the way they were. Ash literally asks them
I tried a psychic only challenge, I got stuck on one of the junior trainers in the water gym with her jigglypuffs. Psychic pokémon are so overpowered in gen 1, but can be walled by almost any normal type in the tcg Edit: forgot to say that I'd love to see you try this

Got a challenge idea for ya, Paraspectre! Works the first or second TCG: The Promotional Rewards Cards Challenge, where the only Pokèmon cards you can use are from Promotional and Reward Cards! This means getting reward/promo cards from the Coliseum, trades with Ishihara, Imakuni? (TCG1), or the other various cards you could get from other duelists (TCG2). But yeah! Looking forward to it if it ever pulls through! Keep up the top tier intros and outros, my man! Cheers!

I feel like the ice type one was the most fun, but it was easy. The poison one was difficult, but fun when it gets going. I liked the constant changes with the Ash one.

Probably the same reason poor ol' Porygon never shows up in the anime again. The Safari Zone episode got banned for showing guns so the anime probably didn't want to use stuff from the banned episodes.
@@Paraspectre the only thing I've tried for now it's a "randomised" that just randomize your initial deck (nothing special but may be interesting to so solo challenges with that deck alone, without making changes)
Yeah, Murray is a pain in the ass. You basically have to play a meta deck to have a decent chance against him because he himself plays a meta deck, known as "Damage Swap/The Sponge".
I ve tried to play this game 2 times now and I gave up both times cuz its too random in building a cinsistent deck . Any idea what order to beat trainers to get some decent deck? Otherwise, good video. Had fun watching.
@@InnocentGuillotine thx I ended up playing again, I found that I could get energy packs in the lab and that helped me a lot and eventually I beat the game, tried a few decks and had fun Nicw game
So against gene you're only allowed pikachu and pidgeotto (ofc pidgey being needed counts and if you have multiple of a pokemon I'll allow number used according to these rules 2 v 2 anime? Up to 3 of each 1 v 1 you can use as many as possible and three vs three 2 of each

You should try nuzlocking the main games as ash but you get to use any pokemon you want for each gym

Focus on one or two types, water is pretty solid. The rock club is usually pretty easy to start, though.
