Yes because it shows skill. Just don’t shatter your femur! I really hope you get a long term loaner or can purchase the Royal Enfield Himalayan and do serious off-roading and full luggage road touring with it. I’m wanting to add it to my garage. It’ll probably end up being the go to bike.

That's the latest Alpinestars Bogota Pro. It has tons of parts you can open when hot. Removable winter clothing and rain clothing inside. But you can also wear the inside rain clothes on the outside. 😁👌

Can't say to much about it. I do throw this beast around but I ride to many other motorcycles that I hardly do many miles on my own bike 😁

Yep heel content van! Enorm veel verluchting indien nodig , en de regenjas aan de binnenkant kan je er uit halen en langs buiten dragen zoals ik in het begin deed 😊👌
That was hilarious. Hey you are crazy, I took my T7 through some mud like that today and I wouldn't have the testies to take the 1290 through stuff like that, on purpose. Then again I was on 50 inch wide trails so room for error is minimal and the 1290 only comes out when the trails are dry.
I must say it's a challenge with a bike this big and heavy when I can barely touch the ground with my toes 😂🙈

This is why I keep spare contacts, saline and sanitising gel in my car and top box. Smokey, checkout Daysoft lenses. These are the people who invented disposable lenses. They sold the patent to Bausch & Lomb. Their daily disposables are the same strength (tear resistance) as what they used to sell as monthly disposable. A month’s supply (32 pairs) will cost you about €20…..However, I clean mine with supermarket all-in-one solution, and soak them overnight. That means I change mine every week, which gives me around 3 weeks supply. Other daily disposables are really thin and designed to tear, Daysoft aren’t.

I have these kind of day lenzes from Bosch and Lomb but sometimes I have them in for like 2-3 months without taking them out 😂🙈.

I’m thinking of getting a Honda CRF 300 for this sort of stuff as I think my gs is just too heavy for playtime
Depends on your plans , some of this very muddy stuff can very tricky with a big and heavy bike. Also you don't want your GS to get stuck in deep mud when you are alone 😅. CRF 300 is perfect for it. I love to challenge myself from time to time with this bike.
Great video! Have the lower bars been adequate for you? I know you have the blue plastics so wondering if that's the only reason you didn't install upper bars.
