My husband is very tired after eating but his one hour blood sugar is perfect no matter how much carbs or sugary drink he takes… is this bc his insulin level is too high? What might be some other causes? He has seen doctor they just tell him he is ok .. :(

生酮饮食一年、发现不容易发困了。现在一吃碳水(米饭)就打瞌睡。不吃碳水 糖 就不会困。
米饭确实是罪魁祸首。
确实,当戒掉了各种饮料甜食,只吃优质碳水,对血糖上升越来越敏感,只要吃快碳能很明显感觉到困。
這集說得真對!本人正有這現象?常常食完飯之後就好眼瞓,搞到我現在衹食自己整的低糖飯,連返工都盡量帶出街食飯,我試過168兩次,每次生酮之後幾日就引起蕁麻疹.

我之前断食也出现问题,重点是我断食时间长的话,我吃的就比较多,导致胃炎消化不良,所以说断食后饮食还是要适量的,现在也不知道应该怎么处理。
偶爾吃三餐 份量比較好控制
斷食時間長的話復食的時候最好是漸進式的進食,就像是吃辣之前要吃點東西墊個胃的意思,可以先從比較好吸收的軟(外觀)蛋白質類吃起,比較不傷胃磨胃
我一日一餐都吃一盆(一盆當中包含一日熱量和營養)
如果不吃早餐,会容易胆结石吗?
