@ I understand that, not everyone has access to a luthier or store to get a costum scratchpad though, including myself, so that is one way that I came up with, I understand that it‘s not the best method, but it works fine for me! 😊

Does it matter what grit of sandpaper you use?
Yes, sort of! The rougher the sandpaper is, the louder, lower and more pronounced the scratching sound will be!
Does it matter too if the wood has no grains?
