I agree. I really don't like the way she behaves in her current performances and I'm not fond of some of her songs that I've heard (to be honest, I haven't heard that many). But in interviews she seems to have a much more mature state of mind. Like the way she said she's getting through the break-up, accepting it, and moving on is a very mature way to go about it. And I also found it to be very interesting, and actually a really good idea, how she talked about asking people for lists of their favorite things. For a while I was completely against Miley because of her behavior, but I'm kindof getting mixed feelings about her now. If her performances now are only to gain more money and publicity, I can't say I respect that, because I think that method seems fake and a little like selling out. If she's just trying to get rid of the Hannah Montana image and find herself, I definitely get that but I think she's going overboard

I'm so torn with this Miley. Behind the scenes she seems so genuine, she really does. But it's such a juxtaposition with the message she sends out onstage and in her career. There's too much of a disconnect. I hope she eventually finds a happy medium between the two.

I think her public persona is so different from her private life. What Liam sees in her is probably a completely different person than the one she portrays to the public.
I think she read the book "steal like an artist"; learning about what other thinks and what inspired them is more important then what they've said and done. It always helps you to know about yourself because those people that you asked about are the people that are in your life. Personally I don't know about her or her music, but from the last few sentences of this video I can hear that she is something who actually sit down and 'think' about the world around her and herself.

To anyone who dislikes her....you're entitled to you're opinion. You don't like her, that's fine. Personally I love her music, style and I think she's a beautiful WOMAN. You see that, she's a grown WOMAN! She has the right to say, do & dress how ever she wants. She grew up as a child star and had to keep a certain image because of her TV show and contract with Disney. Maybe you would transition to adulthood differently but that wasn't easy for her. Humans make choices, some better then others but that's HER choice. Whether she's half naked, twerking, singing etc...she's still gonna get paid at the end of the day💸 She's living her life to the fullest and for that I love her💝

I'm so torn with this Miley. Behind the scenes she seems so genuine, she really does. But it's such a juxtaposition with the message she sends out onstage and in her career. There's too much of a disconnect. I hope she eventually finds a happy medium between the two.

I just love her, she knows who she is and where she wants to go and I think that is a very admirable trait in anyone, no matter their age.
I think people need to stop judging this girl and calling her a whore. Miley is doing her thing and she is growing up. She isn't Hannah anymore and people need to stop being blinded by that. Beyonce has more risky material than Miley's stuff, and she doesn't get half the crap that Miley does. We shouldn't pick and choose when it comes to celeb's behaviour.
Since the whole twerking bit I've been a lil worried about her going down the Britney path but it really seems she's got her head on straight and is just having fun right now while exploring who she is. Good for her. :)

The way she speaks I can tell that she isn't another hollywood scarlet on the wild-she has given some thought to the things she has done and she trying to enjoy herself. It may outrageous but I think theres more meaning behind her behavior than that.

At times, when I see pictures of her online now, I'm just like 'why did she choose this path?' but when I see her during interviews, I remember she's so down to earth and has an amazing personality. I think she read the book "steal like an artist"; learning about what other thinks and what inspired them is more important then what they've said and done. It always helps you to know about yourself because those people that you asked about are the people that are in your life. Personally I don't know about her or her music, but from the last few sentences of this video I can hear that she is something who actually sit down and 'think' about the world around her and herself.
I love Miley, she's always so real and honest in any interview she does and I just hate how many people are losing respect for her on how she was at the VMAS and her hair, that's just judging way too soon. Miley has grown up and this is her finding herself after spending so much of her young life growing up via Disney. I have full respect for her and she is one VERY talented young singers. I find it amazing, how people are judging her and calling her a slut, for acting out and having multiple partners. For Christ sake she is friggin 22, let her live and lead her life. Just because she doesn't meet societal standards for how women shouldn't act and present themselves, doesn't automatically make her a slut. If roles were reversed and hypnotically she was male, they would all be like, aww I understand he got his heart broken by a bitch of a girlfriend, he's allowed to have some crazy fun, he's not a man whore at all. Instead of letting herself down, Miley put effort and emotions into her music. Once you hear the lyrics, and her voice you'll understand her talent. Heck yea there are people out there with amazing voices, and music. But that doesn't mean she isn't on of them.
