This video is about a bobcat brush cat 72 inch standard flow brush hog that I used to mow grass in a Fenceline and some brush and grass around our creek. Powering the brush cat is a bobcat T 650 skid loader.

How do u get it to glide with the ground? Is it in float mode?

No it has a roller and front skids shoes. It has a center pivot allowing it to travel with ground.
