Just wanted to reach out to you and say great video. I love seeing people do stuff on RUclips. With that being said please keep in mind this is why we created our stealth LED kits that come with toggle switches. This led kit you installed will 100% kill your battery if you let the bike sit. It may not happen overnight but eventually it will happen and as soon as you end up having battery issues just understand that it is definitely 100% your LED lights that you just installed. The reason it will kill the battery is because that module, when it's hooked up straight to the battery is constantly looking for a signal from the remote. This means it is constantly drawing a very small amount of current. Hopefully people see the comments. A lot of people leave their ryker parked for the winter months depending on what area they live in. It's never fun coming out to start the bike after it's been sitting all winter only to find a dead battery because of the LED light kit you installed. Great video,,, I just hope people don't get the wrong message. Keep up the great work. Can't wait to see the next video. Subscribed with the Bell on! Bill - BLR TUNING
Maybe but I never had issues with them draining mine myself and during winter you are supposed to put a battery tender on it anyways. Thanks for commenting!
@@nicoleorozcorealtor what's really good news I'm glad you haven't had any issues with them. Yes you are 100% correct always put the battery on a battery tender if it's going to sit for any longer than 2 weeks.
I appreciate your willing to show us where to put these. I hope that people do not break panels by not using the proper techniques of removing them. But, all in all a great video!
The headlight led needed to be mounted under the headlight covers pointed down inside the headlights but other than that thumbs up . That can be fixed with by just unsticking them and adding some new double side tape and relocate them
You can't do that because the tape is already on it. If you would have taped it under the headlight it would he facing down not up. Slingmods has a video of theirs and they mount theirs on top facing down but it works fine this way. 👌
@@nicoleorozcorealtor you dont tape it under the headlight it tapes under the top cover piece. It is your if you like it that is all that matters. I just noticed it at the end when your head lights were not bright enough lit that's all. I just ordered my led kit so I'll be installing it soon.
As a mechanic , when you drilled the torx bit screws into front lid to get the thread i died inside a little bit but awesome video with quick install !
Aww thank you very much. I know some videos are hard to understand or they skip steps etc and you want to pull your hair out. So, I tried to be quick but make it easy also. Glad it helped!
@@nicoleorozcorealtor just got to last strip under foot pegs. Now all lights not coming on. Only strip working now is the other foot peg. They all were on in beginning. What did I do wrong ?
@@grettamax1 I have no clue. If all are plugged into the main box and hooked to battery they should all come on once the remote is turned on. If only 1 light is coming on and none of the others will and they are all plugged into the module then I am guessing the module may be bad.
i did mine today i wish i can send you the video , mine took more time i installed the grill lights behind my grill so i had to fight with that part but great video & instructions

They normally come w cheap batteries if you have it on a trickle charger and it keeps going dead you need a new battery. My friend has the same lights and it was her battery not the lights. She got a new battery and it has been fine since.
Where did you get the connector with all the outlets? How many available plugs? I ordered a 4 plug connector from Slingmod, but I want to use more than 4 lights.
No you do not unplug it, it comes with a remote. You turn them off with the remote when you park your trike/bike. Then turn them on with the remote when you want them on. Thanks!
This video clearly shows the issue when a non-technical person thinks they can make a proper installation video by coping what others do on the internet. Whats the issue? All ill tell you is to google paeasitic draw and to think about what it is to be human and to forfet things.....good luck.

Did you not use any primer on the plastic parts after cleaning with alcohol? I didn’t see you use any, so I’m guessing no. Have they stayed on well?
They stay on perfect. Nothing else besides alcohol

The 36.99 kit from Amazon that is linked in the description comes with everything. Not sure where you can buy that part separately.
Nice
Illegal to run red or blue up front or blue in the rear.
What fuse goes in there
There is no fuse.
