I do monthly meal planning based on what is in the freezer, fridge and pantry. It does help lower the budget so that I can buy only things on sale during the month to use the following month. The strawberry lemonade looked amazing.

I also meal plan ,I first look through my pantry then my fridge and my freezer to see what I have already then I look at my sale flyers to get what is on sale ,I meal plan weekly in the summer and meal plan for a month in the winter .We plant a garden and I can and freeze for the winter
