Highway driving with innova crysta 2022 2.4V manual transmission (tank full method)
ECO mode
1) I got 17.6kmpl with only front AC ON
2) I got 16.7kmpl with both front and rear AC ON
Speed maintained: 80-90kmph
Rpm maintained - 1800-2000 rpm

Ennaikim Innova crysta tha
I bought Innova 2010 when compared with crista there is a problem in stability. As per my knowledge new crista the body weight is reduced because of mileage. Plastic quality is not like old innova . I sold my 2010 model 1,23,000km the person who bought it is so happy, thats what I want.
Sir I got 14.9 mileage highest on my Innova crysta speed 90-95 km (zx 2.4 automatic diesel 2022 ) .The power & pull is effortless , No gear shift jerks and No turbo lag even sometimes it's very silent like a petrol car .... Driving comfort is on another level ... the main thing is it drives like a hatchback in the city in my experience , I also have older Innova but crysta is more comfortable for driving then older Innova( engine lacks punch now a days when compare to crysta ) but for seating & ride comfort older Innova is slightly better like you said ... thanks for your kind words to maintain below 120 km that's main think for weight & wheel size of this vehicle is acceptable but some times it goes like a king ...as mentioned by every one king of highways 😀..... The confidence from a hydraulic steering of crysta is very good on higher speeds and also the ride in broken roads is much better in crysta compare to other vehicles in this segment it absorbs potholes very well ruggedness is there ... Overall I am very much happy & satisfied with my crysta ...like you said if toyata continues crysta automatic ...hycross sales may down ... If hycross manual come 32:25 it also become a good seller ?...... Waiting for MG Gloster review from you sir... Thank you 🙏

I feel old front grill is better than new one.
Reason for stopping crysta in between was for Rectification of DPF issue ( diesel particulate filter clogging issue )
Issue seen with bs 6 phase 2 variants which has Adblue and Dpf . So initial batches of bs 6 phase 2 has dpf issue ( 2020, 2021 , 2022) so they stopped crysta in 2022 and relaunched in 2023 after rectifying DPF issue
Also reason for stopping automatic is also DPF issue . Auto gear box shifts gear at low rpm and wont allow engine to rev high , causing UNBURNT Diesel soot particles to clog DPF. So auto gear box has high DPF issue. Thats why they stopped Diesel auto in 2023
Now we have only manual crysta ( auto gear box has dpf issue, so stopped automatic)
Stopping and relaunching crysta has nothing to do with hycross .
Note : Just an advise, try to avoid Crysta.!!. Dpf filter and catalytic converter life we dont know. Dpf costs around 3 L to replace. Few people still see bs 6.2 crysta as bs 4 old crysta . See old crysta was a very good car , byt currently crysta is very hard to maintain.
Bs 6.2 dpf issue if driven slowly ( like city ) or very fast ( in highway) so u must drive at constant 80 to 100 kmhr atleast once a week for 30-45 mins. Otherwise slowly Carbon will accumulate in DPF.
Bs 4 crysta was 24 L on road , but bs 6.2 costs around 34 L with insurance.
34 L for crysta is not worth . Even taxi market switching to hybrids .
Future resale if you want keep diesel as second option
Even though fuel injector of new crysta changed and dpf issue not much , still many customers complaining of frequent dpf clog warning and limp mode .
