I’ve seen a lot of Americans/Foreigners get confused by this, it’s because they’re different words! One is a county and one is a city ☺️
Americans also tend to say “shire” like “shiyre” but in the UK anything ending in “-shire” is pronounced “sure/shur”. Hope that helps someone!!

I'm not vegan, but I found this series and cannot stop watching it, but I am very seriously considering trying to make my diet a lot more plant based, and eventually go completely vegan. So while in isolation I had a blast watching these! Grateful for you, guys! So today I cooked beetroot! Spicying it up, had no liquid smoke but it waaas goood! Baked potatoes and caramelized onions to go with it. My husband said, after eating the dish: “Please tell me that was NOT beetroot because it was delicious!”. So I’d say try some beetroot ham!
