@@HwhatDaHyell I have 200+ steam games (from AAA to indie to early access) and recently picked up project zomboid. it's super dated. I've had enough experience with enough games to know lmfao. It literally feels like a 10+ year old game. Don't get me wrong. It's still enjoyable but it's age does show alot if you're played alot of newer games and have a good enough GPU to truly experience modern gaming.

This was an awesome trailer. It really captured the tone of the title, reminds me a lot of an updated version of Flesh Feast from 1998, but made bigger and meaner in every way. As Leosly said, the world-building here is really on point. Definitely feels dreadful seeing all those zombies flood the areas. Cool stuff.

but it aint lol - it realy good tho - its project zomboid with all the complexity gutted out of it so they could manage more zombies ..... this will be a 20 hour title not 4000 like zomboid

Two different games, wish people would stop comparing just because they're both isometric zombie games. This is more story and settlement focused instead of pure survival.

As a game developer, though, I hope you don't take the UI too lightly. The game, from the trailer, is very reminiscent of project zomboid, but I sincerely hope it differs from the latter mainly by the UI, because project zomboid UI is far from intuitive and easy to use.
Be sure not to neglect the principles of usability! Again, as a developer, it already looks like a great job.

well it does appear that bullets dont seem overly effective even in mass firing situations so that likely didnt help haha

It’s kind of just project zomboid but it focuses more on the first day of the outbreak. Which we already have a mod for. But I guess we’ll see….

due to engine limitations the mod runs bad on the game and resource demanding

It looks great but i don't like that you have to defend a school, Rather would just have the option to go to a random building and defend there if i wanted to. And guns also look pretty weak.
