What makes it worse is that how they’re flaunting her with Dante 🤮 and how they Billy Miller’s Jason married to Sam with a baby in under a yr. But SB returns and we get 2 yrs. of stalling and the scenes with them… few and very far between. Frank hates couples he didn’t create.
From the moment Frank V. because EP in 2012 he messed with JaSam. The entire time Sam was pregnant he had them apart and tried pushing McBain and Elizabeth down our throats.Their last night together in 2012 they should have made love and conceived a daughter. I agree with you that Frank doesn't like couples he didn't create.But it's so obvious he doesn't know what it takes to make a Supercouple. Dante and Sam are too cringeworthy(not sure if that's a word) Every scene they have together comes across like a low rent sleaze film.Now that is JMO.They are always bumping and grinding against each other no matter where they are.They really have no meaningful dialogue,whatever they start talking about it ends with them kissing,rubbing against each other,and saying how great they are.I guess the writers think that if they constantly have them rubbing against each other it will start a flicker.Not likely they just don't have any chemistry. JaSam had loads of chemistry without doing anything, but when they kissed or made love it seemed so real.Steve Burton and Kelly Monaco brought Jason and Sam to life,they were able to draw you in.You felt their joy,sorrow,happiness,and of that fire hot chemistry. Mexico was no joke.Imagine if we had gotten more bed time and skin.Frank has no couple that can even start to imitate JaSam.
It was a bad year but for me 2021 was also bad bc to me every single scene they were in together Sam had to approach Jason, I didn't like that bc it made it seem like Jason didn't care about her anymore & wouldn't even had talked to her if she didn't go to him first especially at his bachelor party he was distant & a little cold to her to me. It was like the writers was dismissing her from his life after years of them being together & in love. For years we watched how Liz was always coming to him with every little problem she had & I don't remember Liz ever getting the cold shoulder from Jason but maybe it's just me on how I viewed their relationship in 2021. Sorry don't mean to rant but it seems like the writers hated Jasam. When or if SB comes back I hope they do better for Jasam then they did in 2021.
@@vickiealston4892 Yeah I guess the writers didn't want Jason to show any emotional attachment to Sam since they decided to pair him with Britt, than Carly & when Sonny came back they decided to put him back with Britt again what a hot mess. Terrible writing by terrible writers smh
I agree this as a total repeat and complete bs the writers got on with.. jasam has and always will be a super couple.. gh has no idea what theyve done destroying this and all other couples

@Betty Go I felt the same as you. It seemed the writers went out of their way to prevent any amicable communication between Jason and Sam.
