With that much lost/ uncollected luggage Ethiopian or Bole Int. need to have a special room dedicated to this. Current room looks too small and disorganised. And they should collect the bag for you after collecting airline/ arrival time/ bag colour etc details and not allowing people to just walk in like you said.
Otherwise, I'm really loving Ethiopia. And congratulations on the win.
They need an airport for the bags. And they say it is the best airline in Africa??

Yes, its actually dangerous that you can just walk in and pick your bag without any security protocol. I saw a video where some syndicate were stealing peoples baggage at an airport in the US. Another great upload👍
