Ocarina of Time. Inside the Great Deku Tree. I go into the boss room and I expect the boss to ambush me, so I look around. Left, right, behind me. Walk around all tense. See no boss. I get a little relaxed and use the zoom to look and I start seeing the boss. Then the cut scene starts and Gohma gets her name spelled out. I spent a couple of minutes walking around without triggering the fight. That was the scary part.
These aren't memories, they are just nightmares. 😂 But seriously, if we're talking about spooky memories I'll never forget renting Resident Evil on the GameCube and my bro's and myself kept putting it off after experiencing the first zombie encounter.
