I'm visiting America next year going to a few areas vagas being one. I'm not a tipper at all is that going to be a problem. I know when I don't tip at home (ireland) it's beginning to be a problem. But what I'm asking is is it compulsory ?
YES ! It is compulsory indeed and as you can see V-BoB-M is usually fairly generous at a 20% gratuity. When visiting the states leave that chintzy mentality in the homeland. Hope this helps Yo ! 🍔🍟 🔛. 💲💲
it is not a legal requirement. If you never plan to go back there again, I don't think there is anything they can do about it. I have seen cases where a server will come ask you about it. It is custom to leave between 10%-20% depending on the situation, more for nice places. If you sit down and are served and they get you drinks and things, you are expected to tip.

I've seen your video of Ri-Ra in Luxor. Have you eaten at any other restaurants in Luxor? I plan on seeing the Blue man group and eating somewhere in Luxor while I'm there for SEMA.
He's inside a Vegas casino. He's certainly not the only one filming. Anywhere you go, you are being filmed. Video Bob's RUclips channel is not what you should be worried about. LOL!

It was reference those auditors that go into public , tax paid public buildings , libraries, court houses , post offices etc and the public tax paid employees usually freak out and call the cops because someone is filming inside which is perfectly legal to do.
