what do you consider high? Majority of HOA's are less than $50/mo. the HOA's that are high I've seen are up in Saddlebrooke or other 55+ communities where it could be upwards of $200/mo-$800/mo due to all of their facilities. But I'm curious to know what you consider high so I can better answer your Q!
Is it safe and diverse? Also, is there single family apartment homes rentals? I’m a 60 year old female and thinking about retiring and relocating there. That’s why I have so many questions. I don’t want 55 and over but I’m thinking of renting an apartment or buying a condo.

Beautiful area, in August 1974 I helped my boss's mother in law move from the Catalina Foothills.
Is Jerome nearby 🤔 ??
Not at all. Jerome is north of Phoenix, near, but still a bit north of Prescott.
I'd take Vail or Corona de Tucson before GV - hate HOAs
