Is there a special different pressure you use when plotting the two layers of vinyl when you cut? Is the outline a different pressure (white layer) in comparison to the forefront (Red Layer) layer? Trying to understand how to NOT cut through when doing the top layer (Red).

Wow I am amazed man for your skills and inspiring too. I am doing embroidery but not with that process. Thank you so much. I thought I saw the applique you cut are vinlys or not. I am sure you started how many years ago and now you are well established in your business. Thanks so much for sharing.
What kind of cutter is this? So, when you cut the red, it avoided cutting the white at the bottom? Does it have like a setting on the software? Thanks. Great video btw. I have a cricut, not sure if I am able to this same method.
You lined that up for final stitching so quickly, and everything is perfect. It that due to experience and you can just spot visually where the jackets should line up for the final placement stitch using the embroidery machine......or are you measuring somehow?? It didnt appear as though you did. This is one of my major challenges.

Where to order stickie twill from ?
What type of cut did you do on the red to keep it from cutting all the way throught the white? Was it a kiss cut keeping the white as one piece?
I was going to ask the same thing
Definitely would like to know this.

Have you ever had an issue with sure cuts a lot not cutting the exact size you set it to cut. If so how did you correct it?
