    The idea to create a separate sidechain channel on the kick and link up the bass to this was great. I'm assuming the channel would have the sidechain kick playing through the whole track then in order to get the sidechain to trigger the compressor during break (it's still muted)?

    Bonjour, à partir de 30sec vous montez le gain à +-8bd et vous montez le Q à 1.09. Y a-t-il une raison particulière de monter le gain à 8db et pas 5 ou 9db et le Q à 1.09 donc de ne pas le laisser au réglage d'origine qui est de 0.71. En gros, comment savoir les petits détails à régler et à quoi servent-ils? Sinon, super tutoriel. Merci bcp pour votre réponse 🙂

    • @DaFresh
      @DaFresh  2 года назад

      A 30s je boost à 50Hz l'EQ au niveau du pic du kick juste pour montrer visuellement où il est. Peu importe que ce soit 5 ou 8 ou 9dB de boost puisque après je supprime cet EQ sur la piste de kick pour le coller sur la piste de bass et inverser le boost en cut (c'est là que le réglage compte). Et je ressers aussi le Q pour mieux "cibler" le pic plus précisément.

    • @alexisdess128
      @alexisdess128 2 года назад

      @@DaFreshSalut et merci pour ta réponse. En fait tu dis : je supprime cet EQ sur la piste de kick pour le coller sur la piste de bass et inverser le boost en cut (c'est là que le réglage compte)... Moi je me demandais de combien de db il fallait justement diminuer pour ce réglage? Combien de db doit-on diminuer pour laisser la place au kick? Toi dans ton exemple c'était -8db (+-); Est-ce toujours environ -8db et si oui, pourquoi -8?? si je diminue de 1db, est-ce assez comme place pour le kick? et inversément, si je diminue à fond ( donc -15db ) est-ce que je ne laisse pas + de place pour le kick justement? Désolé de te déranger mais j'aime bien savoir pourquoi je fais ça et pas juste recopier bêtement. Un tout grand merci pour tes réponses :-)

    • @DaFresh
      @DaFresh  2 года назад

      Ok j'avais mal compris ta question 😅 Ce n'est pas systématiquement -8dB, ça va dépendre de ton kick et de ta basse. Ici je montre la technique, après il faut l'adapter selon les sons que tu as. Parfois -2dB suffiront, parfois il faudra couper jusqu'à -10dB ou plus...

    • @alexisdess128
      @alexisdess128 2 года назад +1

      @@DaFresh -2, -8 ou -10, j'imagine qu'il n'y a pas de technique à étudier, que tout se fait à l'oreille alors?
