    Sup Malo,
    I just want to say you inspired me to purchase my own MPC one - it comes in tomorrow! For such a small channel you’ve been cranking out some dope content that’s definitely helped me and others learn more about the MPC workflow and get over that learning curve.
    From the video quality, audio, and editing I can tell you put in a lot of work brother & you and your channel have big things your way!

    im starting to get the differences of maschine and mpc through youtube. the only familiar experience i have is the app beatmaker 3. I would like to know if you also could easily add different samples to that program from a libraray. f.e. you have the 8 pads from your loop in the video and instead of going on sampling from the record you decide to get a guitar lick from your internal library. Can you easily create your banks flexible in mpcs? cheers and thanks for the vid!!

    • @malobeats
      @malobeats  2 года назад +1

      Hey brother and thank you for reaching out with this awesome question. To answer your question, YES 👍🏼 absolutely, you can sample in to the mpc and build your program and then latter your can add additional samples to that same program form your SD card or any other source from your sample library

    Hey Malo! What do you think of chopping samples in Program Edit / Samples? I prefer this way ALL the time, over Sample Edit view, which EVERYONE else does. Since Program Edit allows you to set sample start / end with the Q-Links (either way), why not just do it all in Program Edit, where there are so many more functions, right there? Never understood why everyone always chooses Sample Edit view.

    I have one major question as a beginner does it make a difference if I buy a turntable that has a pitch control or not? I ask because I don’t know if the MPC has a built in pitch control that will let you sample slower then a turntable that has a pitch control?

    Hey idk if you read comments from old vids but how do I go about sampling a later part of the song on the same program if I'm sampling via drag&dropping mp3 files and chopping in the editor?

    Am I correct to say that there is no “normalize” for an Audio Track ‘s wave?

    • @malobeats
      @malobeats  2 года назад +1

      This is a great question and if anybody else reading this knows the answer please let us know. I’m not sure and I would not be able to answer yes or no but when I have a chance I’ll get back in the studio and see if I’m able to normalize audio tracks and get back to you later.

      Thank you so much for this request, I just looked back at this video after reading your comments and indeed I wish I did play out that beat. On a future video I would love to recall these beats again. Thank you for taking the time brother.

      I hardly normalize my audio when I sample unless I really have to, I’d rather record it with the proper gain structure if possible
