One of my favorites. As another RUclips reviewer said many years ago, Joust is really just a game of "Bird Ass" - since you never seem to actually hit a target with your lance.
good video although I wasn't a fan of this port. I had the 400/800 version of this game which was very close to the arcade version although I understand the 2600 has limits although I didn't like the continuous floating eggs as well as the randomness of the pterodactyl. It seems like it would have taken less coding to have the eggs come to rest as well as the pterodactyl wrapping around from one side to the other instead of being random.

I loved joust
Great game. I played it mostly on the 5200, so there were some more detailed graphics and such. One of my favorites. Thanks for sharing!
