I just got a Bobcat 3400 diesel from an online auction. It was described to not have any dripping leaks and they posted a video of the engine running and it sounded great.
However when I received it there was a leak and the engine has a very rough idle. 😐
I've read online that could be caused by a number of things from simple to catastrophic. What's the best way to start troubleshooting that?

It’s been awhile sense we worked on this but your rough idle could be clogged fuel lines and filter or a bad sensor somewhere near the throttle body
