Note: Referees were a no show to game, they had to make their own calls.
Also, this game was played after a Orlando Magic vs. Charlotte Hornets game so it was late at night and fans had an option to stay and watch this game for free.

Fast? Very strange to call him fast. U don't have to be fast when u have excellent timing. Similar to Luca. U don't have to cross over real fast but instead u cross over in time and the defender is leaning the opposite way, he trys to correct and falls, that's how that happens. It's not about speed its about timing. J-will may have been pretty fast 15 yrs ago but he definitely ain't fast out there now...

@@dustinboatman6134 He wasn't there for the stats. He was a disher and was crazy at it. Add to that, he wasn't selfish, at all. He was no MVP and no one ever called him great.
But he got the ball to who needed it and was never afraid to fling it half court, through traffic, on some really crazy passes. Some of those no looks are legendary. Just fun to watch. Always electric with him moving the ball.
Watched him and Randy Moss play in High School. Two future professional athletes on the same team from a little school in WV:

The way he passes everything is on another level
Loved watching White Chocolate as a kid and tuned into Big3 just to watch him play. Really sucked to see him get injured and it’s a breath of fresh air to see him on a court today.

I had played against Jason when he was maybe a Sophomore or Junior. I was in college, he was very athletic and just obviously different in a way you can see now. He’s in a different league man. Always have enjoyed his career. Thank you Mr Williams!🙌🏻👊🏻
Had the good fortune years back to sit in corporate seats at a Kings game.., my seat was first row, directly behind the Kings bench.., during a time-out, Jason is standing, facing my direction.., as the coach is going over the play, he looks at me and gives me one of those "dude, what's up" a head-nods.., my two buddies and I thought that was just the coolest thing ever.., in the heat of the battle, he's still just being a guy.. needless to say, been a big fan ever since...

The NBA commission actually came down on him to play more traditional ball, because his style of play was street basketball which was becoming infectious in the NBA and they were afraid fans wouldn’t attend games if the NBA became rampant with that style of play. Why pay for a NBA ticket when you can see the same style of play ‘round the block for free. But what gets me, they allowed Allen Iverson to not only get away with palming and carrying the on his dribble drive to the hoop(The NBA commission told the refs to no longer call carrying/palming the ball) but his whole style of play was nothing but street ball. The NBA commission saw how excited fans got seeing iverson use palming/carrying on his dribble drive to break ankles, so they told the refs to not call it. That’s why O.G’s like me are always like “carrying or palming” then gotta remember that allowed now.
