Having a stalemated civil war in Spain would be an interesting outcome; though probably not a practical one (I can't see any player ever willingly pursuing it).
You can trigger the Spanish civil war inconclusive event by playing as a third country and capitulating both sides simultaneously or at least you could pre NSB.

The event is also different if it's an independent Syria that holds Hatay. As in, if Syria declines then it gives Turkey a wargoal. In the usual event they'll only get angry at you.

I believe if Germany and Austria are in the same faction, there is a 99% chance of them voting to unite and 1% chance for them to refuse. Also, there’s unique nuking events for certain states, most interestingly Sjaelland (Copenhagen) and Svealand (Stockholm). Interestingly, if Sweden is at war with Denmark and Copenhagen is nuked, the button on Sweden’s event pop up will say “With plutonium we bring the Danes to their knees!”
In regards to the Japan and panama canal invasion, to naval invade the panama canal without going around south america or by declaring on panama itself, set up a naval invasion from hawaii and select the canal as the first landing zone and the province to the left in panama as the second landing zone all within the same order. The naval routing will keep you in the pacific.
I would appreciate ahistorical focused and ai behaviour that allows these focuses to be used, the Spain, Austria and Trotsky would all work really well here
Oh yeah, I've seen the Montreux War happen twice and in both instances it was a Kurdish uprising that turned the Anatolian front from stalemate to catastrophe. And as for the Romanian front, well, that's what I would call a fantastic early opportunity for a Soviet Union player to take Bessarabia without getting the French involved.
I was playing as the German Empire and somehow was able to land in Britain and almost took control, but the USA joined and I was too focused on the Benelux with their forts. London was liberated and I lost.
My personal favorite somewhat uncommon events are the Nuking of certain VP’s (special ones for Nuking Kyoto and Tokyo for the US) (or Nuking the danish capital as Sweden)
In my first multiplayer game I was playing as Turkey and USSR attacked me… also, if you play as USSR this outcome isn’t very rare. I guess, same rare as when Turkey gives up, keep territories demilitarised and Staling gives his smoking tool to Atatürk.
There is also cool secret event that almost nobody knows. When you occupy San Francisco as fascist germany, it will trigger an event about AH meeting Charlie Chaplin
You can make Goering or Goebbels the follower of Hitler if you do not end a war against Czechoslovakia after a certain time. That might be something for this video.

The Oster Conspiracy is why I really do think British appeasement went too far in Munich. Chamberlain knew about this planned coup, he knew Hitler would be in a weak position if the Sudeten Crisis came to war, yet he still let Hitler take the land.
From a flavour perspective, I think you should only decolonise if you choose to stand against the Soviet Union. Because you're openly defying the will of Moscow and rejecting its decadent Stalinist model, you should naturally be more genuine about the "communist ideals of freedom and equality" than your rival and thus more open to letting your outside territories have total freedom and equality as nations. The only Union of Britain playthrough where you should go through the civil war is if you're going to join the Comintern and be a repressive Stalin lackey.

and "Germany at war again" happens with an offensive war. Regardless, these events seem to happen more regularly than I thought.
