    There are phone apps that filter blue light. I use an android called Twilight.
    I listen to a 10 hour rain mp3 every night. I don't know if it helps that much in terms of sleep but I find it relaxing. There are tons of these on RUclips. Not just rain, but many other relaxation soundscapes e.g. whale sounds, bird song, meditation chants etc...
    I would think sleeping in a different room to a partner might be effective. Especially if they snore. May not be a nice thing to do but sometimes you just have to do what's best.

      An app isn't necessary. Most smartphones have a built in night light mode. It just needs to be enabled in the settings.

    A lot of people with CFS seem to be sensitive to light so it becomes difficult to get out in bright sunlight.
