You can still zone with it or catch people when they're unsuspecting, but it's a lot less forgiving to slight errors and reduces your ability to move in the jungle without a chaperone.
It had a slow effect and a stun effect his second skills was way too op, I remember when I first bought cecilion two days after he was released he could counter almost every assassin except for ling with his second skill

its mostly cuz most of us has quite bad devices thats why it lags or stutters if you need a better device nowadays you can get something quite good for a low price, like the poco x3, oneplus, infinix zero 8
i would love to use him but since im playing solo and he's such a squishy hero, i need a good tank player on the team. and he doesn't really have a lot of escape mechanism like pharsa, kag or chang'e

im a cecilion user. with skin or without, cecilion always strong. just know how to control him well. know when you will spam his 1st skill. when you need to use his ulti. where to position. so yah. this vid is so important to me and to all ceci user. and also know what battle spell you need and what items to build. for example, enemy heros has more stun and regen heroes, you will need a purify and include anti regen item like necklace of durance. just like that.
Idk if Beto will read this but to fix the minimize problem go into setting and set up guided access. I forgot exactly how but after setting it up it will make it so that after hitting the power button three times your screen won’t change till you decide to end guided access.

Squishy? He only needs Clock of Destiny and Lightning truncheon then after that build all tank items. You get damage from your stacks
