Yeah I think we’re passed that lmao unless it reaches a price that it splits but as massive as MSFT is I say always buy fractional shares to get any daily deals

MY DCF anasis gave it a price of 273, and I factored in relatvely optimisic expectations. AAPL fell by 20 bucks and to a P/E ratio of 22 after you released this video. I think MSFT is massively overvauled, possible even a sell. I will be holding but won't be adding anything.
DCF suggest it's overvalued, P/E, 5 year aveagre P/E, Graham, dividend yield theory. Too risky of an investment.
LMAO my dividend discount model gave it a price of 94. If you take the WACC as their discount rate you get a VASTLY differnt price target. I sold half my position today and poured it into Visa.

I’m a little hazy on calculating WACC and a previous video of yours was helpful. Can you help me understand why you used 8% in the DCF Calc but 9% in the DDM Calc? Thanks in advance. Love the vids!

@thenotoriousgoob It's probably going to go up this year because of interest rate cuts alone, but there are better opportunities due to Microsoft not having a good valuation right now. Then, overvalued stocks will decline harder than any other stock if interest rates ever go back up, or when their growth can't keep up with the exuberant expectations

Acquiring Activision is running the knife's edge. If they mess it up and lose consumer faith, it will be a tremendous flop. They bought goodwill through gamepass, but gamers are fickle, but slow to react, bunch.
I cancelled my Gamepass so I can buy more Microsoft stocks. LOL how ironic.
