as a indian, that meme is wierd because our food isn't spicy
It isn't spicy for *US*
It's spicy for them who are just grown eating salt and black pepper on their food
It's the only spice they use 😆
Man really thinks a kid named Olivier could survive our food.
(One time when I was 6 I took a spoonful of mirch masala and I gobbled it 💀)
Bro Americans think Mexican food is Indian 😂 because they watched Gabriel Iglesias or just tried a badly cooked dish.
I know it is not spicy
You know Indian cuisine is very popular here in the UK. Also the spice level is taken down a notch for the Brits

Memories broken
The truth goes unspoken
I’ve even forgotten my name
I don’t know the season
Or what is the reason
I’m standing here holding my blade
A desolate place
Without any trace
It’s only the cold wind I feel
It’s me that I spite
As I stand up and fight
The only thing I know for real
There will be blood-shed
The man in the mirror nods his head
The only one left
Will ride upon the dragon’s back
Because the mountains don’t give back what they take
Oh no
There will be blood-shed
It’s the only thing I’ve ever known
Losing my identity
Wondering have I gone insane
To find the truth in front of me
I must climb this mountain range
Looking downward from this deadly height
And never realizing why I fight
Official lyrics from Platinum Games
My theory is that Indian curry got hotter and hotter out of spite towards England
You can see from old English recipes (around East India Company origin time) that Indian curry got progressively spicier and spicier to the point it was intolerable for most white people. Truly genius gatekeeping

The French language is not even mastered by the French people themselves. They correct each other all the time. If your French have been corrected by local French people, it means they think you have a decent enough grasp of it, want you to improve it further, and are confortable enough with you to even attempt to rectify you. for those interested, the main difference between colonisation in asia versus africa, is that africa essentially had no established states when europeans arrived. there has been the occasionnal empire that rose and fell, but for the most part west africa being a huge flat plain always made it borderline impossible to have clear boundaries for anything, so it's always been chaotic up to this day.
Asia hard in general more established borders and national government, so colonisation instead of resulting in direct arbitrary control was more done through vassalisation of the existing government. typically thailand making huge efforts to establish clear maps of the lands they owned was essential to get western powers to treat them as a respectable entity. being able to prove that region X is actually under your soverneignty goes a looong way in proving you're not just jungle barbarians.

9:40 'Legolas No-Scopes Everyone', one of the Great Timeless Classics of old RUclips.
Although I'm not 100% sure, I think the reason why ex european colonies in SEA developed faster than their counterparts in Africa it's that they were more ethnically homogenous, probably because of geographical features, which gave them the necessary political and institutional stability to develop their economies.
Or maybe credit also goes to History of Asian Civilisations.
People always figured out something.
India's one of the least homogeneous countries on earth that was also looted and destroyed by colonial powers. It managed to get itself into the top 5 world economies. I don't think homogeneity is the reason for Africa's slow development. Africa has some of the best geography on this planet, with the most natural resources hidden in the ground. So geography isn't a reason either
The true reason is lack of ambition in governments since most are more interested in lining their own pockets as opposed to actually developing their countries.
India was the world’s richest country when British Invaded them, actually came to India as traders and only after years were they able to conquer them as they found out that even though they have tech they wouldn’t use it due to their religious concerns.
There were already civilizations before Europeans came

Egge actually means harrow not plough but close enough. He made another little mistake there because Black plough (harrow) man would be Schwarzeregger. Schwarzenegger on the other hand would mean "the one who harrows black" eg. dark soil eg. very fertile land.
Greetings from Austria
4 is East Asia's equivalent to 13 in terms of unlucky numbers. Just as an example, the Japanese word for "to die" is 死ぬ, pronounced "shinu," while the Japanese word for 4, which is 四 (though they also use Arabic numerals in many situations), can be pronounced either "yon" or "shi," the latter of which is the first syllable of 死ぬ. (And the ぬ [nu] part is really just a conjugation, so really, it's the 死 [shi] part that's really in focus, hence the association being so strong.)
Same goes for Mandarin Chinese . 死 and 四 are both pronounced si(in 1tone).
I am reminded of a bunch of Anime characters in fights yelling “Shine!” And the English subtitles saying “Die”!
You could have just said 死 means death.
And just the same, in some places in the western world, they don't have 13th floors in buildings.

The Andromeda galaxy is already visible at night Drew, just light pollution drowns it out. Even when the two galaxies are about to collide the night sky probably won't look that different since as Andromeda gets closer its total light is more spread out. It's also very unlikely that the merger of the two galaxies will effect us in any way.

7:36 so, there's two main processes here, the first one is photosynthesis, and it needs carbon dioxide (CO2) and other inorganic compounds to make organic matter, one of the residual products from photosynthesis is oxygen.
The other process mentioned is cellular respiration, it's called night cycle and releases CO2 and it's the same that we do all the time when cells break down organic matter, glucose, Into smaller portions releasing energy, two of those products are carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide, the second one on laughable quantities, those are not the same and I will assume the meme confused both and you did also, but getting the correct option accidentally XD.
Btw CO can replace oxygen on red cells, but it's not reactive and a useless metabolite, so... You are breathing, but yor cells aren't, which gets interesting outcomes. The reason you panic when you don't breathe it's because your brain notices physically of the issue, but here... CO it's silently killing you, you get sleepy and your brain doesn't do the correlation of getting sleepy with cytotoxic hypoxia. Cool
Interesting

Arnold Schwarzenegger is actually right. -egger is a local variant of the German Acker (field), which comes from the same Indo-European root as acre or the Greek agros. His name is thus pronounced Schwarzen-Egger. Similarly, the German word Egge means harrow, the tool used to break the clods left after plowing to prepare the field for sowing.

If it's a mall/hotel elevator its because some people consider "4" an unlucky number, i think Taman Anggrek does this thing where they go 1st floor, 2, 3, 3A, and then to the 5th floor, and some malls made by Japanese/Chinese developer groups also avoid the 4th floor. Sometimes also 13
