British tanks are named such after their Class specifications (mostly). C tanks are generally cavalry or breakthrough tanks. Tank destroyers generally have an A start like Achilles or Archer. Though their naming is never consistent, with Conway, Valentine, Matilda and Challenger, all with different roles to the start of their names (though Conway and Challenger do have centurion and cromwell hulls respectively)

Having both communities represented on the flag was a sign of unity. And yes, there are tons of diversity in India and that's why they later changed the meaning of the colors so that no one would feel left out.

First mentions of Moscow are dated 1147th year, but the city probably existed for some time at that point. However, capitals like Paris, London, Rome are much, much older.
