help... why does my cooke 12.5mm look completely out of focus, blurry on BMMCC? Has the same mft mount and super16 sensor as BMPCC OG. The lens is a c-mount, using a fotodiox adapter.
It was filmed in 4K with a 25mm, but with some vignetting. Not as much of an issue with close focus but infinity had more. I have another video on my channel explaining how Kinetals cover if you're interested.
Thanks Carlos! I used a Les Bosher Arri/s - PL adapter, and put that inside a PL - M43 adapter. I show the process in a video I made about Cooke Kinetals - ruclips.net/video/kI96i_nQNQQ/видео.html
wow intense footage man, im your 210th subscriber now.
Wow beautiful !! I think the Kinetals are the perfect match for the Bmpcc OG
It looks like a movie! I love this work! !! That's excellent!
Appreciate the love! It's crazy how much using a cinema lens makes it more cinematic. I don't think I can go back!

Well done mate!
WOW, don't know is it the camera, lens or cinematographer? Beautiful.....
Thanks Damien! Probably the camera, lens and talent mainly 😅
The lens flares look great, too. Good gear in the hand of a pro

57th like as well for record-keeping lol
Good track of the numbers!
What focal lengths? And was this filmed at 4K or Super16 crop mode?

Looks great!!! how come there is slight vignetting on some of the shots? Does the lens not cover the sensor completely?
Hi Volak, this is true, it doesn't. When filming to infinity the lens vignettes quite heavily and you have to crop in quite a bit
@@DanielKuberek ah, gotcha, makes sense.
@@DanielKuberek You not shooting in S16 mode on the Pocket 4k??? I would have thought that would have solved the problem?
@@bluefilmsltd it would. Or shoot 4K and only punch in as much as needed, which is what I did at the time
This is great. What did you use to adapt the lens?
