Great job showing every step! I have never made sushi, you show how easy it is. ( I don’t like mayo, & never use it. Is there another binder you would recommend?)
Hi Viola! Thank you for your question. I'm thinking you can use greek yogurt as a substitute although I have never tried it. But greek yogurt is pretty bland like mayo. I had put strips of cream cheese inside the roll with spam and it tasted pretty good. So I'm also thinking the whipped cream cheese may work or even a little bit of sour cream. You may have to try mixing a little bit of the tuna with any of these and see whether you like it, though, as everyone has a different taste bud. Welcome back! Love seeing your cruise adventure!
