Looked great. Here's a update on the IVS, it finally arrived last Wednesday. I'm doing first cook today ( Saturday) and without using the fireboard 2 controller. Reason? Wow there's a lot of reading to do before I can truly understand how to use it. Might do a second cook Sunday with the controller though. I have to say I'm sure happy I got the competition cart off road wheel package. At 1,200 lb there's no way I could have rolled this over my gravel driveway. Here's to the " maiden " cook. 😃👍🔥🍻🌤

Good thing I ate breakfast. Almost like a chicken cordon blue. Now you're getting fancy. You do chicken, I pulled 4 legs out. Debating on JJ or the Loreado. Sure looked good. I did hit the grocery this morning. 10 pounds of hind quarters 59 cents a pound.
