Faculties and students are often get confused between whether they should publish their research or patent it. As a patent attorney my suggestion for every faculty and student is that first get your research or ideas check for patentability then move further for publication. Scientists and researchers want to publish their research and it's findings. India has focused more on publications rather than patenting but now universities have focused more on patents. The role of patent protection for researchers and faculties and also as an innovator and researcher your most valuable asset is your research idea. Patenting your research findings helps you commercially from the invention.

@@kamalkant1026 yes i have all the emails. and even in the research article i used some of the screenshots of my facebook id, which has my profile photo. those screenshots are still on that research work which he patents
@@indiananons1586 agar tumharey pass proof hey idea uss person key sath share krney kaa, then you can take legal action through court with all proof, and you can proceed with patent agent, aur intellectual property key office mey baat krkey bhii guidance ley saktey hoo. And you can claim about your property if person will found guilty then they have to be pay fine and refer your patent also.
And kabhi bhii kishi key bhii saath patent ideas direct share nahi krna hotaa hey, idea share krney key liye bhii legal procedure follow krna hota hey.
