My grandfather was a senior elder in the Brisbane area and the dream time stories he told me of what the Aboriginals did to the Little People ( the race who were here before the Aboriginals arrived ) still haunt me to this day. If only those stories were being told today to the men who had passed the manhood rites we wouldn't have all this garbage going on. Oh that's right they no longer do the rites of passage in the Aboriginal communities because a woman complained it hurt them. So no Aboriginal today is an adult according to their own culture and we are letting children tell our elected government what to do? How screwed have we become.
My 4 times Grandfather was born in India and after the Indian Wars settled in Australia in the early 1800s. His personal diaries of the Indian Wars and skirmishes with Aboriginals and Aboriginal habits and customs he was witness to would not be published today, as they would completely dismantle today narratives. My family did not invade and I am the third generation of my family to be born in Australia and all three of those generations served in the defence of this country. I have members of my family that have Aboriginal heritage though they feel SHAME because of the protests against their country and nation! If Australia is to survive as a single nation then either we have a proper civil war, (count me in), or the ABC and SBS need to have their funding removed and they should be abolished because as a supposed national broadcaster they push an anti-Australian agenda and for those who doubt it simply watch the ABC and record the amount time spent broadcasting the "Always was, always will be" and 60 thousand year cultural history of the Aboriginal people. In the past they have even publicised the writings of FALSE and self declared Aboriginal historians pushing such false narratives as self governance and even agricultural establishments such as farms. Many of the vast majority of Australians believe in tolerance and peace but the time for that pacifist BS is coming to an end. Personally I do not respond well to being threatened. As for the Aboriginal 60 thousand culture and its great effect upon the planet, they invented a bent stick that returns when thrown in the same time my European culture developed sailing warships and firearms along with structured agriculture, medical science, legal systems and written communication. Nothing of Aboriginal culture was written down and recorded in detail until the arrival of the Europeans. Question, I thought that Batman bought the land for Melbourne from the local inhabitants and so that means Melburnians are not invaders???

Well said Erin.
You are telling the stories today, you just did. Thankyou for your honesty. Well done

Nice, simply reject reality, whatever drug sucking freakazoid substances you are non I want some.
Then I reject your biased narrative entirely too bud.
Can't continue to ignore the plight of Aboriginal people forever , it will forever be in your face.
'chequered history' doesn't sit too comfortably with me either. The tapestry of Australian history isn't perfect, but being referred to as 'chequered' is somewaht hyperbolic I'd suggest.
@@allaboutyeshua2606 what plight? They have had and still have, the same opportunities as every other person in this country. Their own fault entirely if they won't accept those opportunities and prefer to play the "poor poor pitiful me" card and expect it for free.
@@allaboutyeshua2606what plight? Aboriginals get more than any other race here. Most of the problems are aboriginal on aboriginal. Out in the communities aboriginal families are being ripped off by aboriginal councils and corporations. Violence on aboriginal women is being committed by aboriginal men. They control almost half of Australia.
Where is the “plight”?
The people that are shamed into NOT doing what they want to on Australia whether it be celebrating this country, flying the flag or just having a beer and doing what they please are part of the problem every Australian needs to stand up to the woke brigade if they love this country. Remember some of the Aussie culture things like Blue Hills, Dad an Dave, The black Stump. True Blue, Aussie, Aussie Aussie, the word Mate , Bloke, there are hundreds we should never loose. Above all the Aussies that fought and gave their life for this country in two world wars should never be forgotten and for ever celebrated. With my wife I went to Latrobe today and had a lovely day unlike the woke and idiots that had an invasion day march through the city completely beyond me what make these idiots tick, complete waste of space.
We're not shaming ANYONE, you dumb farques. It's about the date - the 26th of January - which has NOTHING AT ALL to do with the birth of a nation (which occurred on the first of January, 1901). The 26th of January marks the establishment of a penal colony called NEW SOUTH WALES, and there's certainly nothing to celebrate in that shameful event - especially since many of the unfortunates sent from the mother country were little more than pauper children transported for 'crimes' such as stealing bread, and some of whom had seen their death sentences commuted to transportation for life. The name 'Australia' wasn't even thought of at that time. How about you ignorant, inbred wowsers all go and read some history books before you get up on your soap boxes again.
Thank you, Erin, for standing up for the people who truly value what this day means to them. No matter where we come from, we live in the greatest country on earth. Created by many generations of both Aboriginies and migrants.
A great quote for Albosleazey today, he said " WE NEED A BETTER GOVERMENT" HE IS SO CORRECT! Has he realized HIS communism isn't any good and ends in disater for all, except elites.
Exactly
He can start by calling an early election and resigning and all the UNELECTED WEF stooge bureaucrats can go also
Here here. Erin Molan for PM!
Shame Erin? What else did your Dad fight for.
So sick of this stuff agreed, but please don't, even for a second concede that Australia Day will change. 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺

I really don't care if the date is changed. I don't think it matters what date we celebrate Aust day on.
Long live Australia 🇦🇺 and it’s a joke to see “palestian” flags in the shameful protests today 🤦🏽♀️
