Did this feature get any improvements yet? I mean simple like Clipchamp does recognize sentences (but then just cuts everything into ±40 character chunks; that's a single line). I would expect a piece of software like this to do better. edit: Seemsthe AI audio to text (Faster) Whisper and Vosk/Kaldi seem to be available in Subtitle Edit (under video) so that's nice, should solve the problem for me.
Thanks for making this video. The supported languages are only English, Chinese and Japanese and the French, German, Italian and Dutch are dimmed so they are not supported. The company doesn't answer my question about the missing languages so this is kind of misleading the customers intentionally. If you know how to get the other languages, then please do. Thank you.
@@kurtigghiu I contacted Corel support and they replied that there is a way to enable the dimmed languages. It worked for me but in the end I didn't use this application because it is based on VOSK. Whisper AI is much better. Hope this helps you.
@@textpower3050 Do you know of a program that uses wisper? Going trough powershell is rather cumbersome. And what's the output like? Does it take punctuation / readability into account?
Thanks man, I'll try it and see if it's good for my projects.

Does this work offline?

@@endemion06463 Try SubtitleEdit (under video menu). I recommend Whisper AI standlane. You need a decent GPU, i7 CPU and 16-32GB DIMM memory
So what was the way they told you to do it please?
It's possible to add / import srt file ?
can you also seperate subtitles?
4:34 ?
