Compared to other legends Legelan is weak but not bad.
The tf would have to bring in some big changes, like a decrease in backswing or finally giving them a niche. Either he can go the saber route by having insane damage to a certain trait or they can go the generalist route, which is very common of lugas. Legelan could get insane damage, along with a buff in damage and health to give him a bit more survivability
@SamyBob888 Yeah, but you'd think a unit with a 0.3% chance would actually be worth pulling for. He's not bad by any means, but other Uber Rares who are much more accessible them him (Yukimura, for example) do his job just as well, if not better.
If you don't know how to use a unit correctly, it doesn't mean that the unit is bad.
Legeluga needs z killer imo, makes the omni a lot more relevant

I personally see the 300 range as a fantastic advantage. Legelan can be used both as a rusher and a mid-liner, somewhat like Kasa Jizo, which is super valuable to have, especially with all the immunities (surge immunity would be nice in TF though)
Legelan's trueform could be a mix between a rusher and a tank with immunity to everything, bonus health, and colossus slayer. Also gets curse to debuff colossus enemies which it can get near because of its high health

those who write that the unit is bad, after all, the Legelan rusher with good immunity from negative effects, it is not difficult to find a use for it, it is especially useful in towers, in quests where you can use two units, in tasks for speed: quick damage, the unit will not be frozen, will not slow down, immunity to waves. The legendary unit will not be superfluous + it has a beautiful animation ^_^
TF will probably give him more immunities he is currently missing with hopefully some more stats

Maybe tf could be finishing the immunities, zk, 25% more hp, decrease cooldown and small chance to savage blow. Probably to op but using some of these would be great. Or the tf could finish the immunities, zk and soul strike, increase omni range, and decrease cooldown, so it can work as a corpse wiper but I know it would mess up with the purpose of being a rusher. Another idea is that it could it be a shield and barrier breaker.
Piercing range plus more immunities to surge and poison would be nice in TF
Maybe he will get something like Strengthen compete with other rushers as a middle man of both dmg and good range or more utility like the rest of the family as an all type weaken like lumina with aliens

For true form Legelan, she should get surge and toxic immune, her omnistrike should have forward pierce range(standing range 300, omnistrike range 400 to -700), and she should get zombie kill and better recharge.

Legelan is good for a rush team for rush stages. And Legelan being my second legend rare makes my rushing team stronger.

Nah, that's too broken. She would have 50-60k dps against a trait or traits, and since she's still a mid ranger, dps actually matters. She doesn't need much to be good since she's already mediocre. Make her cd short like other rushers and maybe omni strike that pierces forward and she's good to go
Honestly decrease the cooldown and give them strengthen of like 50% or survive lethal strike.
