Tip: Sometimes the raid mobs spawn in between the blocks and may fall into the villager chamber, this is a rare glitch that happened to me, so im telling everyone to do this so it won't happen to them. I recommend that you make the villager chamber out of strong blocks like stone bricks because if the raid mobs spawn on top of your villager chamber, they will break the leaves and kill the villager, which will stop the raid farm from functioning properly. After you've built the strong wall around the villager, put some leaves on the top, this way if the raid mobs glitch out and spawn on top of the platform where the villager is under, they won't be able to break the blocks and get to the villager.
same probleme here. A ravager spawned into the villager chamber (or the wall, don't know), destroyed leaves, killed villager (raid stopped), falled on my watching place and killed me.
@@ImW-1-z-a-r-d How big is the inside of your villager chamber? You have to make sure the chamber is three blocks tall of solid blocks, and in the inside the floor should be completely covered with the bed with the villager standing on top of it. If you didn't do this, some of the mobs may have possibly spawned even inside of the villager chamber and killed it.
For all of y’all having trouble w the lower pillagers/banner pillagers not spawning- I got mine to work by leaving the four blocks underneath the four glass panes you used to find the spawning block (they spawn on the corner of four differing blocks and I kept those four blocks). Then I used sticky positions attached to the tripwire hooks that would retract the four blocks and drop the pillagers into the water instead of pushing them. Using four blocks and leaving the glass panes made it work like a charm. Otherwise, this is an amazing farm!
Just wanted to say I've never had so much success using tutorials as I have this release with your 1.21 videos. Every single video I have used has worked flawlessly. Awesome work.
Finally got this working, after making every mistake possible! Top tips: - Don't take a chance on building anywhere near mountains - or do what I did and do some serious terraforming. 50 blocks on X or Z at the level of the AFK spot seems to be the safe limit. - 100 blocks on X or Z for the nearest village seems safe. - Use Ianxfour's genius lava tube method to make the bubble elevator - it will also destroy a lot of the outpost faster than doing it by hand. -You can use the same bubble elevator for villager and pillager - build it from the ground up as high as the villager platform and drop the pillagers into the trident killer at that level. Then, if you need to bring up a villager, just place temporary blocks to block pillagers entering it, and to block entry into the drop shaft/push the villager next to his bed. V useful if you make any mistakes (you will) and your villager gets killed. - Raid mobs can spawn on beds, and break leaves. Put the bed on temp blocks, then break them and replace them with leaves, then put solid blocks on the bed, make a space beside the bed (on leaves) for the villager to stand, but surround him completely with solid blocks, with leaves on top. Also scrupulously check for any blocks (chests, torches, etc) not covered in leaves. You also don't want a creeper spawning up here. - When the world/chunk loads, your trident can drop down a block. If the pistons move, the trident can destroy the minecart and the leaf blocks around - then mobs spawn there and you have a problem. Never start a raid or use the trident killer without checking the minecart is still there, and the trident hasn't fallen through. -Ravagers can get stuck just below the lava, rarely, so have a way to climb up there to finish them off with a bow before the raid expires. - I get a lot of pillagers from the bottom spawn point, but sometimes ages with no captains. If no captains you might need to go hunting in case he's escaped or trapped somewhere eg in a cave or in the transport system.
Here is some tips from someone who had to made it 3 times! Lol DONT build it next to tall mountains - they spawn up there then instead.. you’d have to mob proof 100 blocks in each direction then Make a separate kill chamber for the raid captain spawns, they sometimes get stuck and you do NOT wanna go up there….. Cover the villagers bed in blocks, then leaves, and surround the villager too in blocks! Sometimes the game bugs and they can spawn on beds, so if you place blocks on it, they can’t! Any nearby village, get rid of beds, bells, job blocks, other villagers just to be safe! Should be safe then! I have a cactus at the farm to throw the crappy gear at, alongside some chests for the other stuff - keeping it organized for quicker access When in doubt, put leaves down! Never too much of those! (Half slaps and glass don’t work, the raids can still spawn on them) Hope my suffering helps y’all! 😂❤
@@Elijah-mpxok I had the same problem, I quickly realize that the water i put turned into ice quickly. Just put a torch block above it or near it. Also add string to every leaves u putted since it creates snow on top of them and they can spawn there.

This is a really good farm and one of the most useful farms, but I kind of wish you said which direction you were facing at 10:50 before you had already placed it.
What you could do for the collection system is connect the minecart with hopper to an item sorter. With this item sorter you can add every stackable item from this farm into it, and then have every other item that is not sorted go into a separate chest. This will make it so that things won't get clogged as easily, and you will have more storage.
it doesn’t finish the whole raid it just does the first stage so i just end up with a ton of cross bows, arrows, banners, and ominous bottles. this happens because not all of them get killed but i look around in spectator mode and i don’t see a single mob so i don’t know why this happens
Amazing farm as always !! Only advice would be that you missed glass panes and the resources to build the bubble elevator for the villager in the description
I know you said to not build the farm if the outpost is within 100 blocks of the village, but what if you kill all the villagers, break the beds, and remove all the houses? Will it still work then? Update: it works :D
@@reddeadmercenaries2106 I have the same problem, but im prety sure my spawnpoint is correct. Wouldnt they just spawn somewhere else anyway if the spawnpoint was wrong? I cant find a fix
A better way to mass get rid of loot is simply to have chests in your inventory and the loot you do want from the chests in the farm. Have a full inventory and then break and replace bottom chests.
The farm works perfectly when i drink an ominous potion but for some reason no pillagers or raid catpians will spawn otherwise, any ideas on how to fix this?
I can’t get anything to spawn in the original spawn point with the bubble chamber. I think this is our problem, im gonna try putting the solid block in the opposing corner, rather than the south East corner.
This farm is great! Although I have a problem with ravagers. Had one pop out onto the first bubble column, found one in my trident kill chamber, and one more killed me while in afk. I have leaves covering every block. I had to build this on a mountain, I believe the ravager may have spawned on snow build up, correcting this issue with string atop the leaves. I will be surrounding the top mob spawn platform and mob drop shaft with solid blocks plus many more leaves. Still doesn't explain why I had a ravager in the trident killer, but I'll double check the sign/lava placement. If anyone has any ideas bassed off his layout, please let me know :)
Same. I first made this farm in a normal world, where the ravagers sometimes got stuck in the elevators. I recently made a new hard-core world and made this farm, but the ravagers keep getting into the kill chamber and I can only manually kill them rather than AFK. It is annoying, do you know how to fix this? The farm is made properly and all ground within 10 blocks of outpost has been covered, and there are no spawning points except the designated ones.
I noticed that for the 4 blocks that make up the floor of the trident killer, if you replace them with mud blocks then mobs still don’t spawn on it but instead of a mine cart with hopper under a solid block, you can have just one hopper under the mud block. That way the trident and mine cart never fall down the hoppers
I recently built this raid farm on a realm with my friends and after 4 attempts of using the ominous bottles and 4 different no raids no raid captains spwaned so no ominus bottles dropped. This meant that I had to go to 4 different pillager outposts to get more bottles and when I used those it still didn't work. Any idea why no raid captians are spawing. Ps: Love your videos
Great video! I tried it in my survival, and it worked great. I only had one problem with it. The two blocks at the top of the water elevator where the illager with the banner comes out of sometimes spawns ravagers there and clogs the system and push illagers out of the farm. I replaced those blocks with leaves and haven't had a problem since
Works for me! Mobile (Bedrock) 1.21 Simulation Distance: 4 I actually had a pillager tower right next to a village, so I ended up killing all the villagers except for 1, while also destroying their beds, bell, and workstations. Works perfectly fine!
Please, add the glass panes to the material list. My villager outpost is like 2000 blocks from my base, and I have had to go back for them 😂 P.S. And the map, add also the map. It's in part my fault for not watching the video before, but normally once I see in your videos the material list, I'm ready for the farm. Thanks for your farms anyways! They work great and you explain them in a great way.
@@demirirahim Yep, I could have done that. Even worst, I'm using an addon on this map that let me use color portals and link them without travelling through the nether, but I forgot to make it before starting the farm. Chances are if you are making this farm, you have limited iron/valuable resources like diamond and good enchants. The thing I do before every journey at the start of a world is being a stack of logs, coal, and iron. That way you prepared for anything major that happens. You should only travel without them when you have an enderchest and shulker boxes
I built the farm correctly but no pillagers are spawning I’ve covered everything within a 3-4 block radius with leaves anyone got any ideas on why they aren’t spawning and any tips to make them spawn
Also the pillagers don’t spawn at all not in the spawn chamber or outside they only spawn on the spawn chamber if the square is filled with blocks if there is only one block in the spawn chamber nothing will spawn but if the square is filled with blocks they do spawn
Hey JC I’ve made many of your farms including your iron farm, bonemeal farm, and your other raid farm. They all worked perfectly but I was just wondering if the other raid farm (the one you posted before this) would still work even after this update, or do I just have to build this one I’m confused and I would like to know, Thank You!
i did the raid and they spawned but i didnt get a raid captain so i cant do it again and none of them are spawning in by themselves without an active taid
I've had this same issue what i did was remove the trip wire and instead make a stcky piston pull out the block from underneath the pillagers set up a redstone repeater system thats really delayed for the piston to activate
Check out 2:20 he said to put the solid block to the southeast area because that's where they spawn at, you probably put it into northwest. If it is in south and there's still no pillager captain spawning, change your difficulty to peaceful and to normal again.

got to the 15:30 mark after stopping and building every step side by side and my bubble column is somehow on the wrong side. not sure where I messed up but very frustrating. believe ill have to take the whole thing down
It should still work only difference is the mobs will come on from the right side of the hole rather that the left. Just make sure u put the sign on the right side instead of the left and it's already lined up so it doesn't have to move over a block first so u can just have a simple 3×3 bubble elevator. Hope this helps
Dude thank you jc btw a suggestion i feel like you could change the ominous bottle colletion to like a minecart that collects them from the bottom and brings them to the top by minecart saves some materials

@@theonly_chas0its meant to be simple and beginner farm. Then there would also be the issue looting III, as there is no off hand to consume the bottle. It only takes 30 seconds, and bottles are easy to stock pile on. You either have AFK or good loot
@@izabellaashby2358 i definitely didn’t do anything incorrectly i followed the tutorial very precisely lol. i’ve made dozens of farms watching tutorials and have never had an issue, no captains are spawning… not sure how that’s something i can do wrong here
8:04 - in case people get confused by "put leaves to that spot" like i did the first time, its the underside of where you built up by 36 leaves. I was confused as i had dirt blocks as a staircase / safety frame
What is wrong if the raid pillagers spawns outside of the farm, like 50 blocks away on a hill? The first ones spawns correctly, the ones that lives in the tower, they spawn correct but as soon the raid starts they dont spawn in the ”box”
Was this farm only suitable for Ominous Bottle level I? When I drink higer level Ominous Bottle the raids spwan out of chamber, like far from where the villager located.
To fix the pillager captain not dropping an ominous bottle, place a trap door above the lever instead of glass and open it with the trident killer off and kill him with a bow. Just be sure to stand back a few blocks when farming because witches and vindicators can still hit you through the trapdoor sometimes. Starting the trident killer will also open the trap door so be ready to close it.
Just finished the farm (27 oktober 2024), still works. I make 4-5 totems per raid, a raid lasts like idk 5 mins or less so very efficient. I did have a ravager spawn in the trident chamber might be a building mistake on my end not sure but its not a problem just broke the glass and killed it
So question I made the raid farm prior to this from ya so in update 1.20 what is different from that raid farm that we have to do to get it to work on this update or do I have to make a while new farm

It is annoying, do you know how to fix this? The farm is made properly and all ground within 10 blocks of outpost has been covered, and there are no spawning points except the designated ones.
Thank you so so much such a wonderful person
JC I'm a huge fan and while looking through the material list I couldn't see how many glass pane I need
Hey so the farm works but flag holders won’t spawn how do I fix this
do from peaceful to hard and then wait 3 minutes i had the same problem now it works just wait
I surrounded the hopper minecart with solid blocks instead of leaves, seems ok so far.

@@MrPrezeyVR Yeh its weird
Yeah that happened to me
Yeah that happened to me
Same man. It won’t start a damn raid for some reason on realms
Hello JC. As the best Bedrock Tutorial channel on RUclips, I was hoping that you could make a video on the new auto crafter. Thanks
Great video! I tried it in my survival, and it worked great. I only had one problem with it. The two blocks at the top of the water elevator where the illager with the banner comes out of sometimes spawns ravagers there and clogs the system and push illagers out of the farm. I replaced those blocks with leaves and haven't had a problem since
Any chance you could elaborate. I’m having the same issue and not quite sure what you mean
Works for me!
Mobile (Bedrock)
1.21
Simulation Distance: 4
I actually had a pillager tower right next to a village, so I ended up killing all the villagers except for 1, while also destroying their beds, bell, and workstations. Works perfectly fine!
Outpost pillagers are not spawning. Not sure why
Try covering the gap for the top stairway with blocks.
Did it work
Check for underground caves
Make sure your game is in hard mode. If it’s in normal or easy pillagers won’t respawn
@@losingblood8577wdym? What gap
Works way better than the old model! Thanks for the post. This was a fib build.
Please, add the glass panes to the material list. My villager outpost is like 2000 blocks from my base, and I have had to go back for them 😂
P.S. And the map, add also the map. It's in part my fault for not watching the video before, but normally once I see in your videos the material list, I'm ready for the farm. Thanks for your farms anyways! They work great and you explain them in a great way.
Try linking portals! Its so great, i only have to walk like 200 blocks in the nether to get to farms 2.000 blocks away from me
@@demirirahim Yep, I could have done that. Even worst, I'm using an addon on this map that let me use color portals and link them without travelling through the nether, but I forgot to make it before starting the farm. Anyways, the farm work great, and now is linked to a green portal, one second away from my base :D
u can use compasses
Chances are if you are making this farm, you have limited iron/valuable resources like diamond and good enchants. The thing I do before every journey at the start of a world is being a stack of logs, coal, and iron. That way you prepared for anything major that happens.
You should only travel without them when you have an enderchest and shulker boxes
I can confirm this still works as of July 30 2024 great video!
I built the farm correctly but no pillagers are spawning I’ve covered everything within a 3-4 block radius with leaves anyone got any ideas on why they aren’t spawning and any tips to make them spawn
Try putting more leaves
By more leaves do you mean extend the 3-4 leave radius
Also the pillagers don’t spawn at all not in the spawn chamber or outside they only spawn on the spawn chamber if the square is filled with blocks if there is only one block in the spawn chamber nothing will spawn but if the square is filled with blocks they do spawn
@@gamingtime5869you talking about the chamber in the very bottom? I can’t get anything to spawn in there for some reason
update 1.21 made it so mobs spawn in the middle of the block instead of the edge so i think that means this farm wont work
You genius i love your videos i build almost all of your farms
Yo JC when can you make the new 1.21 bedrock creeper farm??, very much needed
Check out blazeeMC’s
What’s changed? My old one from 1.18 still works fine.
@@JamesOfEarththe 1.20 farm needed trapdoors between the foor buttons because spiders started being able to spawn. That farm must’ve been the best idk
Use a 5 chunk render distance on solo
Sit at the top trident killer
@@thedankestrarestpeep4934what about a relam
In 1.21 would this work anywhere because of the bad omen bottles?
I think the reason he shows us to make it in the outpost is so we can get the omen bottles that way but i guess it could go anywhere
Glass pain wasn’t on the list
Yep that is right biggius
cuz it doesn't stay in the full build, you remove them and they don't come back lol
True but it is kind of annoying if you dont bring it on your possibly far travel 😅 same for empty locator map@@abdito_ry
works perfectly.thanks JC
raid captain not spawning
This worked thanks so much
Damn I died a lot of times making this one 🤣
Dw i died like 35 to fall dmg
When placing the vines to😂😂
I’ve been having ravagers spawn inside the trident killer above the pistons and it’s built exactly as it is in the video
Anyone know why my pillager raid captain isn’t spawning?
same happening for me nothings spawning
Same
I've had this same issue what i did was remove the trip wire and instead make a stcky piston pull out the block from underneath the pillagers set up a redstone repeater system thats really delayed for the piston to activate
Check out 2:20 he said to put the solid block to the southeast area because that's where they spawn at, you probably put it into northwest. If it is in south and there's still no pillager captain spawning, change your difficulty to peaceful and to normal again.

currently working on this now, ive tied my trigger button so it constantly mines stone from your automated stone farm haha :)
got to the 15:30 mark after stopping and building every step side by side and my bubble column is somehow on the wrong side. not sure where I messed up but very frustrating. believe ill have to take the whole thing down
I'm having the same issue
It should still work only difference is the mobs will come on from the right side of the hole rather that the left. Just make sure u put the sign on the right side instead of the left and it's already lined up so it doesn't have to move over a block first so u can just have a simple 3×3 bubble elevator. Hope this helps
Ok this one is actually complicated- im too lazy to build this one 😭
Hey that ain’t the right mentality. Fukn grind that shit out like a champ.
Lol the complicated ones are worth it plus cool to build with your favorite color cement blocks!
Dude thank you jc btw a suggestion i feel like you could change the ominous bottle colletion to like a minecart that collects them from the bottom and brings them to the top by minecart saves some materials
Use an ally
@@kcgaming1268 now heres the thinh you will need multiple allays for the different levels of ominous bottles, it goes up to 5 and different levels cant stack with eachother
Just make a dropper elevator, you could make it come right to you, so all you would need is to afk hold the drink button
@@theonly_chas0its meant to be simple and beginner farm. If you really want to afk, then you gonna have to set up a Minecart system which gives a bottle every 8 minutes or so while having right click permanently held down. Then there would also be the issue looting III, as there is no off hand to consume the bottle.
It only takes 30 seconds, and bottles are easy to stock pile on.
You either have AFK or good loot
Thankyou sm!!!
Works amazing as always
This did not work no pillager captains spawn at all
u did something wrong clearly, ur the only person to say it doesn't work😂😂
@@izabellaashby2358doesn’t work for me either lol
I just made it and it works. Check to see if they are spawning somewhere else@@xxrmax

@@izabellaashby2358 i definitely didn’t do anything incorrectly i followed the tutorial very precisely lol. i’ve made dozens of farms watching tutorials and have never had an issue, no captains are spawning… not sure how that’s something i can do wrong here
Tysm bro I got my first totem with this
this is not simple 😂😂😂
As simple as it gets brother
Mean at least it works🙃
the tutorial part is simple. the mechanics and other parts are not
It’s an op farm, it’s not supposed to be easy
It’s also a raid farm sooo
8:04 - in case people get confused by "put leaves to that spot" like i did the first time, its the underside of where you built up by 36 leaves. I was confused as i had dirt blocks as a staircase / safety frame
Yo JC, I have a problem with it, so my friend isnt getting ominous bottles, do you have anything that can fix that
How do you get the main pillager with the banner to spawn? It doesn’t work anymore
Hey JC i was wondering how long it took for pillagers to spawn on the lower spawn area because they dont seem to be spawning for me
What is wrong if the raid pillagers spawns outside of the farm, like 50 blocks away on a hill? The first ones spawns correctly, the ones that lives in the tower, they spawn correct but as soon the raid starts they dont spawn in the ”box”
Amazing farm! Just be careful when making it in a snow biome as they can spawn on snow over the leaves.
this is an amazing farm you deserved a subscribe from me
Was this farm only suitable for Ominous Bottle level I?
Is there a difference between a trident killer with all observes or making it with redstone torches?
This guy is the goat of mc bedrock farms ❤
