As a longtime player of the console version, watching this video I was perplexed at the continued presence of civilian vehicles even at Heat 5. I had always assumed that at the higher heat levels the cops cleared the roads off (as a public safety measure) but now I'm wondering if in fact the console hardware just couldn't handle running civilians and cops at the same time. Anyone know if that was actually the case?

As far as I remember, I only changed the performance settings but I didn't add any performance upgrades. The same applies for all the other Blacklist cars.
they put you at the worst place in the Photo Ticket: 149 mph :P but thank god you can go somewhere else to do that photo ticket. Idk how razor manage to do that at that place, but he did.
If there's one thing with cops that's certain, quoting another piece of media, "they'll only get you if you're a fool". Or unlucky in someway. Still need to find a way not to lose any heat level after getting busted, I almost always find after loading me save that the heat is gone down a bit, which I didn't ask for (I'll do things which get it down if I want to, which I never do). It seems not getting even busted is the best thing, just pausing and turning everything off before the game says you are done for. I once had a heat on 5, saved, did a race without autosave even being on, then evaded cops that came during the race, and after loading, heat for me vehicle went from 5 to 3, close to it being 4, while race progress got obviously undone. Just annoying. And when that doesn't happen, cops are idiots and disappear and never come back so the chase ends before what I want to do is done. (Even on heat 5, this can happen.) Anyways, I feel that some milestones in Career are actually more difficult than the ones in Challenge Series. Some challenges should've had multiple milestones instead of just one milestone each, which makes them usually way too easy. As such one can probably guess that I like to do me pursuit milestones all at once. No wonder I've gotten into some self-imposed challenges in some games.
