This was the moment Juliette was beyond redemption
RIGHT
Nah, that moment was when she burned the trailer. Knowing it meant do much to him. This, this was just the reason all of them needed to hunt her down.
David's screams still hit me hard when I see those scenes, and its been years. Especially in the finale episode where the screen fades to black as he yells.
The saddest part is that they were just getting to know each other and he already lost her.
Yep, and this time is real, not fake.
So true. I honestly cried when I first saw this.
that silence is so loud when he opens the box
this scene broke my heart and every time I watch it I just watch Nicks face as it sinks in the 1. his mom is gone and 2. that Juliette betrayed him. and then tears slip down my face because I cant even begin to imagine what losing my mom like that would feel like
He’s losing his mom for the second time, as he went through his childhood believing she was dead and he’d just gotten her back.
Its not only Nick either... Diana was at the scene of the crime when her "mother" died too. She might look young, but that's not something you will ever forget. Someone will definitely bring it up when she is older, and she will be upset about it too.
And people say Adalind is evil. She never destroyed Nick’s family legacy, forced him to shoot his friend, try to kill a pregnant woman and killed his mother
Adalind was born a Hexenbiest, Juliette became one, because of Nick. She didn't even kill his mom, she worked with the people who killed her. Not that I want to excuse what she did, but she wasn't herself. And she had every right to be angry when Nick chose Adalind over her.
@@angeloliver7613 Nick didn't choose Adalind. He choosed the baby.
@@varricA baby he decided to have with Adalind.
@@juanmanuelmoramontes3883 Nick wanted to be in his child's life. He really didn't have a choice regarding the conception; he was tricked.

I was just helping him understand that small fact. I hated Juliet for what she did that time.
It's hard to imagine how bad Nick was, he was so angry, he's 100% in the head of a mess, he didn't want to believe to the last, even though he knew.

Oh when i saw Nick's face my heart was broken:( i hate Julietee, when she became a hexenbiest because she did terrible things
fr i really hate her!!!! look at how terrible she has become
@@nickiathomas6862 it's part of the show xD you are supposed to hate her 🤣
Of course she does terrible things, she's a hexenbiest, that's what they do. "If" you only started hating her since she became a hexenbiest then clearly you weren't paying attention to her before that happened. Juliette should of "never" been with Nick, she wasn't good enough....
@@dragons8822 i mean she truly loved Nick a lot but i agree with u
Not Juliettes fault. You can see she knew the shitstorm that was started. This was all Kenneth’s doing. Juliette was fighting the Hexenbeast within her. She was just trying to survive at this point.
When Nick lost his mom, yeah I felt that even after all these years.
A part of me is sad Nick didn't get proper revenge.
With Juliet, Renard, and even Adaline for a while, the writers really did a good job making us hate some of the villains (mostly the ones that betrayed the heros.) I’m actually proud of how much they made me actually angry at them, even so far as to make theory’s about Juliet being evil in the first place.
And after that there are people who still support Juliette over Nick
I know!! like they wanted nick and Juliet to be an end game …. Like hell they will 🙄
@@epheratateshome2857 end game ? After all that ? No way, not for me
@@Inco464 exactly !!!!
I do...Kelley didn’t deserve to die, but that punk Nick had it coming...he handled the entire situation poorly when literally everything that ever happened to Juliette was his fault.
@@sharkkeeper01 how was it his fault ?
1:30 to 2:10 I just don’t have words. This was so heartbreaking. Nick’s mom was so cool, and she didn’t deserve this at all. I love when Nick kills Kenneth as he says “For my mother.” Kelly deserved to be avenged.
i thought this part was fake and she was a decoy cause she was so strong and i didn’t expect her to die this easily
She was absolutely strong but remember, 1 she was set up and walked into a trap meaning they had the element of surprise, 2 she was way out numbered by the varrant, she didn't die easy. They knew it wasn't going to be easy she killed a few i bet.
She trusted Juliette.
@@frankwilson9064when she was killed only Keneth came out but that’s weird because she killed much stronger characters then him but I guess the element of surprise gave them Most probably the Upperhand
This was it, what broke my heart after Nick opened the box. When season 5 came, I was wishing "Plz, tell me this was a badly written clone saga and Kelly is still alive and hiding somewhere, or... That this was a wesen pretending to be Kelly and she is still alive, or... the royals were just setting a trap and had the real Kelly somewhere!" I really hoped for a badly written plot hole or plot conviniance. But no, you just owe me a new heart, writers of Grimm!
On a side note, Juliette broke Nicks heart here. And a family of royals were a bigger evil than what Adalind ever were. Is it really that strange that Nick forgot everything Adalind did, because she wanted to do mean things and when she really wanted to kill, it was because they took her child. But still, she was a victim as Nick was. Also, everything Adalind did, was nothing like Juliette and the Royals did. For that simple reason, he clearly saw her different and with new eyes!
Kelly still killed A LOT of innocent wesen. Their spirits cried out for justice and got it.
Not only it's strange; it's also very forced. Remember; anything that happened here wouldn't have happened if not for Adalind's actions. She was only half victim just as how much Renard is half Zauberbeast.
@@eduardoherrera2368 No, none of it would happen if they didn't take Adalinds child. there is no justifying that, what Adalind did after Wasa result of that. However, what Juliette did has no justification either. She made her own choices.
The sad thing is that this could have been prevented if Nick had taken the slightest bit of precautions against Juliette once he realized she was unstable. He should have moved the trailer for safe keeping, put sone surveillance in his house, and warned his mother that one of the few people she trusted had turned. He's a Grimm and a cop, he should have known to do these things. Abd precautions doesn't even mean writing off Juliette completely, he could still have tried to save her if he wanted to. But he ignored a clear threat until it was too late.
This part breaks my heart and when Nick screams I get the chills!!!😢😭💔
When Juliet lead Nick's mom to that massacre she had every right to die she didnt need to live and would've never looked at her the same
That part hit me right in the heart because my mom is the only thing I have left in life and I can't imagine what I would do without her
No tienen idea de lo mucho que me dolió la muerte de Kelly, más por Nick porque por fin tenía devuelta a su mamá 😔💔
Нн понял тебя
I know you are all (and myself) feel sad and heartbroken. Juliette betrayed Nick. Nick lost his mother only just after he found she was still alive. But this wasn't planned. Mary Elizabeth Mastronio (I know I spelled that last name wrong) called the producers of Grimm and explained that as much as she loved the role she couldn't go to Portland to film anymore. Guess she had something else lined up. So the writers had to find a way to have Kelly leave. Still sad though.
They could have just kept it that she was on the run

the choice to not play any music during this scene was brutal. gave it more emotion
How would you know this unless you had a version with music to compare it to?
When i saw her head i felt a sinkhole in my stomach as if it was my mom... Time stopped everything went silent i stopped breathing for a few seconds i felt his pain in that moment i was in disbelief
This scene is incredible because it shows loss very well. I love the the suspenseful music builds til the box is opened then suddenly cuts to silence. Then the only thing we can hear is nicks screams of loss and betrayal. It’s an excellent scene and very well acted. One of my favorite dark moments from the show.
I love this serie so much i still remember crying so much over this scene, his reaction was everything... The memories
If you look at Juliet's facial expressions as stupid she gets all of a sudden she was surprised when she saw the blood on Kenneth's face and also when she learned that Nick was not killed when she met the King she had this half smile on her face with relaxation and discomfort at the same time.
Remembered crying when I 1st watched it, Cried even now. His raw emotions were just so😭😭😭
This is why i was so much happy when the story becomes the love between a Grimm & a Hexenbiest. Lovely and a strong couple 😐❤
When this happened I was shocked and legitimately surprised Nick didn't take a few heads.
She was the most vicious Grimm I ever laid eyes on...How the hell did they manage to kill her??

My mom died 18 years ago, and I miss her so much...so, I understand his pain. :/
My mom died 24 years ago, my father died 20 years ago, and my husband died 18 years ago; I am still a mess, I know how Nick felt.
This episode first aired two days before _Mother’s Day._ Talk about twisting the knife…
The thumbnail makes me sad and angry, Nick should have warned his mother about what’s happening on Juliette. Glad that Nick revenge for his mother, but Nick’s mental support is gone and it was the most destructive action Juliette has done to Nick. I can’t imagine how Nick feels now, someone who he loves planned out the conspiracy to set up another one that he has strong connection with.
Nick absolutely should have warned Kelly when he knew Juliette was unstable. He also should have moved the trailer and put surveillance on his house as precautions even if (especially if) he didn't know what Juliette was going to do
Trouble was sneaking around the place so I was hyped thinking that Kelly and Trouble will finally meet
Then I saw that box and said "please don't be what I think it is"
The actors reaction was spot on
It has to be some of the best acting I've seen in a Long time.
I might forget my own name one day but I will never forget David's (Nick's) "NO NO NO"
Our moms are our world and no one can stand it when this happens to them💔💔
This was _DEVISTATING_ to watch live, especially as a season finale! I'll admit I never forgave Juliette for this. And they didn't really do her any favors with the whole _Eve_ thing later. I would have accepted if the Vessen shinanigans that happened to her had like _posessed_ her and warped her perception of reality, like in some stories when people are turned into vampires and they just shut off their empathy, becoming driven by this unbeatable urge.
But nope, she set up Nick's mom to be brutally murdered... _just cuz._
They should have paired her up more with Renard, since they both became that weird line of frienemy where we've CLEARLY done evil things, but there's vague respect and partnership with team Grimm. A very morally gray, very ambiguous self-motivated power couple I could respect, where I _guess_ they're not *bad **_people_* but they keep doing bad things they aren't sorry for.
This show went so many directions, and none of them I expected, but I respect the hell out of it doing its thing and being so character-driven, rather than derivative, as the "Investigator with a weird quirk solves crimes using weird quirk" shows can so often be.
Grimm always swung for the fences, and it didn't always land, but when it did, it hit HARD.
Oh my days. Nick seeing his mum like that!
If that was me I would've turned terminator and started vengeance on those responsible. Poor Nick 😭😭😭😭😭😭
Sound direction in that scene is perfect
the emotions were so good
I am suprised you posted this video. It is probably the worse scenario I have ever seen. I thought deeply comparing it to other dark themed shows, but this may truly be the darkest act I have seen on tv. Can't help but to love it though.
This is the best acting Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio has ever done, this scene right here
The actress wasn't even there
Oh he gets them back. "Next time send your BEST."
There's no music...

This is a troubling moment for Nick.
Ya think??
This is what made me hate Juliette (Bitsy) which was brilliantly done by her acting and screen writers. She said in a interview that she really wanted to make the fans hate her, the whole head in a box thing was also her idea.
Interesting! Trübel's back! I missed her action.
You gotta know when you do something like that you're dead. Nothing outside of death is going to stop wrath and revenge. He's coming for you

Juliette helped Kenneth kill the neighbors as well. The houses Juliette pointed out-they killed the occupants. They showed them breaking in
That's horrible. Never forgiving her

They killed Kelly off too early
When I saw this the only thing I could say was "time to sell that ring" 😶

Merry Christmas Everyone 🎁
While Kelly dying was tragic and a betrayal. Can we just take a moment to ask ourselves why is Diana so old so quickly? Was it ever answered how she ages? I'm getting some serious Renesmee vibes and I've never liked it.
So why did not Nick even warn his mother or consulted her after knowing Juliet burned the trailer and she almost killed Monroe in the store. he knew that Juliet had access to his email and as well he even suspected when he saw the mouse was moved. actually he should blame himself for his stupidity. Trouble comes home but does not even check what is going on and just leave? So many nonsense and I don't like when they ignore obvious things.
You better upload the fight at the mansion and Kenneth vs Nick.
