"There once was a man who lived a life so strange, it had to be true. Only he could see what no one else can-the darkness inside, the real monster within, and he's the one who must stop them. This is his calling. This is his duty. This is the life of a Grimm."

After watching the entire series, I realized HOW BIG the Grimm Universe really is. This needs A LOT more Story. We have seen Nick Burkhardt's Story as a Grimm. But imagine... a Grimm of the medieval times, or a grimm during WW2 or like one of the People here suggested, a story of Aunt Marie in her Prime as a Grimm and Nick's Mother in her Prime as a Grimm! So many possibilities here.
They all would of killed Monroe, Rosealee, their ice beaver friend & all of Nick's other creature friends. They're deadly Grimms, Not at all like Nick, who doesn't kill for no reason. If Nick kills it's because he has a reason.
@@dragons8822 It's true, but since Nick's Story is over, I would like to explore some stories of other Grimms; like some Grimms of the past (Auntie Marie and Nick's Mother in their Prime), or even a Story which sets its focus on Trubel, or the possible options I mentioned before.
All great ideas, but I still miss Nick and the gang. Great characters, great chemistry. Plenty more stories and characters they could have utilized. I GRIEVE FOR MONROE!
@@dragons8822 There must of been some more reasonable Grimms from back in teh day. Some hippie peace and love Grimm from the 60s or something.
@@dragons8822 his aunt actually was a lot like nick hence why she has a wessen bf
Aunt Marie is a strong woman, broke up with her wesen boyfriend to raise her nephew alone after her sister “died”, and fight against cancer for such a long time. I would love to see her story as a Grimm.
Indeed
And I think she may have been ostracized by other Grimms for getting engaged to a wessen. She said she was not in contact with other Grimms. That could be an interesting story point
When did they talk about the wesen boyfriend?🤔
@@giuliaferrari2318Future episode
Plus being an iconic surgeon Dr. Ellis Grey but sadly getting Alzheimer’s and eventually dying.. wait, wrong show.
I would love to see a mini series of Aunt Marie's life as a Grimm. Jesus man you can't introduce us to a straight up beast like that and give her three episodes. Aunt Marie was no joke.
Good idea
And his mom, Kelly.
Maybe some scenes of Grampa, too.
I swear this was one of the best shows on TV. I really miss Grimm!!!
It's on Prime Video streaming.
Yes it was ended before its time. I live in the Portland area and was a cop here at the local and Federal level and there are monsters here, look what happened to this once beautiful city over the last several years, the monsters run the city now. It is as if someone in Hollywood that created this show knew what was just underneath the skin of the city.
What made Grimms terrifying fighters is massive amount of actual combat experience. Wesen might hunt people for food, but the ones that survives are a lot tougher to deal with later
"Sorry Nick ,i guess i should wear an airbag today ", i guess only me find that amusing? 😌
U r not alone 😁😁

“There are things you don’t know, things about your family.”
“My family? You are my family.”
Just from this, I can feel Nick’s bond with Aunt Marie, it’s like as if Aunt Marie is another mother figure for Nick. They support each other during those tough years, and now Aunt Marie finally have to reveal the truth about their family. It’s sad to see that Nick has to go through all of these by himself, even with the stuff left in the trailer, Aunt Marie wasn’t able to guide him more.
why is that
I beg to disagree with regards to Aunt Marie guiding him to the ways of the Grimm, he might have killed Monroe then and there due to bias (just think of how his mom attacked Monroe when they first met)
@@besinio91194yes. I was mad at first because of the lack of training he had. Then I realized. He was better without them. Sorry for the spoiler. But the episode where the mother appeared, she did more harm than good.
Aunt Mary looks like The Ancient One in Doctor Strange 😅
Now that sounds very true 😉😜
Its Marie
Or Odo
She was played by renowned actor Richard Burton's daughter. Didn't know until I Googled her.
@@vlepo2000 oh! The changeling
I never got tired of seeing Grimm over and over again.
I first saw the the trailer for this show during a rough patch in my life. I thought about suicide and felt like a loser. When I got to stream the entire first season, it made me want to live. I know that seems a bit strange, but Grimm made me appreciate life with its relatable characters. I watched the show every time it premiered or streamed it the day after. Thank you, Grimm!
Mark Martinez am glad to see tht ur comment was one day ago..keep on keeping on💓

Sending u luv belovèd.
Grimm is what ??
Renaida Leito it’s a show about a descendant or the Brothers Grimm. He can see the monsters hiding in plain sight. The monsters inspired the fairy tales and folktales of the past and he must manage policing them while being a cop
anyone ever notice that Nick the youngest male grimm we seen on the show. His mom did say that female grimms usually get thier powers first. His mom was 10 and Nick was 29 being almost 3 times that age his mom was when she got her powers. There was Ryan who turned out not to even be a Grimm. The only male Grimm other then the main character we seen was the older man and we have no idea what age he became a Grimm. I wonder if 29 the average age a male become a grimm or was Nick just a late boomer?
Grimms get there power after a family member grimm dies. Maybe women usually get there power sooner after that. They didn't show it but Ryan did get his powers because Trouble mentioned going to train and teach him the way's later in the show.
@@nashvilleoutlaw thats not true,
Aunt Marrie didn't die before Nick became a grimm, same as his mother, she was alive when he got powers. Its just that female grimms get their powers earlier than males and they don't even have to come up.
Josh didn't get the powers, but trouble trained him because his father was a Grimm and black claw might go after him, so he needs to learn how to defend himself.
@@nashvilleoutlaw Ryan wasn't a Grimm. Do you mean Josh? Then yes, I imagine he became a grimm.
@@nashvilleoutlawRyan was a Wesen. You're thinking of Josh
@honzasenbauer612 Well she was in a coma & well eventually did die. She was on the brink of death which was probably why Nick got his powers before she died
Love Nick's reaction when he finds out hes a grimm and when he meets .monroe too
I'd like to see Marie and Kelly's story as Grimms. They developed their abilities as children and were trained by their father I think. They actually grew up as Grimms, and then there was the whole drama of Marie falling in love with a wessen. And the Kessler family protecting the coins....So much story potential
i totally miss this show!!
I was so mad when I watched this when I was younger. I can’t believe they never showed his transformation or what ppl saw when they saw him as a grimm
I think it was just something in his eyes, not a full transformation.
They did have one scene with Trubel though.
@@MadelynKontis Yeah, it's eventually explained that his eyes are pitch black reflective pools that can be seen be wessen who've transformed.
@@xyexyeah sucks it took so long for them to actually show us via Trubel
that's it I need to revisit watching this series. Today's Media in 2021 doesn't have anything similar to this type of great acting & lore DAMN IT?!!
Underrated Show.....Very sad
It brought back the Grimm Fairytales even though that was a cover. Most of those " Fairy Tales " were faked and had not much to do with the authentic two collections. a) The HOUSEHOLD FAIRY TALES b) THE FAIRY TALES FOR CHILDREN. Also Bavaria has no part of the Blackforest anymore since the Pflalz became an own state in the early Thirties, now it is the German Federal State of RHEINLAND-PFALZ with some areas of the Southern Rhineland added Before it had been the Seventh Government District of Bavaria since the Congress of Vienna past the Napoleonic Wars. The confusion is due to Mark Twain s European travel descriptions in A TRAMP ABROAD
Okay Do you want tell me what a Grimm is ?
👌 baby I just wanted
So true
Denishea Bates A Grimm is an ancient wesen hunter. Grimms are similar to humans but they have advanced senses and agility. They can also see wesen when they are not fully woged.
A spin off either way would be awesome! Their children OR a prequel with Kelly and Marie
The cop played by Reggie Lee is my favorite character in the series. He's funny without even trying.
Sargent Wuu; yes he’s an amazing! Him and Monroe
Grimm in a nutshell: a member of

Pretty poor nutshell considering there's an insane range of wesen, some aren't remotely near to furries.
@@supertrinigamer yes I should have put SCALIES in there aswell
Whats amazing about this show is the brutal luck of Nick and his cursed relationship with Juliette.
Where to watch it
The music gives me goosebumps.
I forgot how much the show changed from season 1 to the end
Unfortunately, the writers went off the rails and turned it into a soap opera.
My faves were Nick, Monroe, and Trubble! PS Never bring a scythe to a gunfight!
I forgot about trubble. She was bad ass
juan rivera she was great!
So miss this show!!! Aunt Marie was no joke
I so love this show it can be old or what so ever I just love it
That 1970 whatever, CHEROKEE is clean as hell.
It's an interesting concept that some people might have more rods and/or cones in their eyes - that they can see what the average person cannot. Maybe these people can see dead people, ghosts, spirit creatures who knows.
That young lady talking to the detectives about her missing roommate in the pilot, I realize, is the same actress who played a server who Wu fell in love with during the birthday retreat for Monroe in the episode, Blind Love.

This show was epic, right along with Dexster before HBO.
He got home at night. But there's daylight in the first kitchen scene. 😁😏
Aunt Marie is portrayed by the same actress who portrayed Dr. Ellis Grey on Grey’s Anatomy!
Dr. Ellis Grey, what are you doing here?😂
You forgot to show the most important wesen. Adeline. His future wife, mother of his future baby boy. She was his first.
Fantastic show .great series
I had never heard of Grimm until a friend told me about this really cool show,so I saw it was on Netflix and started watching from the first episode. I love all the characters..... well NOT Adelind, but especially Monroe and Rosalee. I adore Rosalee! Best cast ever.🙀❤️❤️❤️❤️
How cool would it be to have GRIMM: The 2nd Batch ~ where the show picks one Wesen each week, so we can learn more about them.
One of my favorite obssessions .....did not like how they ended the series so much potential for new plot lines especialy with the Royal family BRING IT BACK ❤
I think I read a book about this a couple years ago. Good book.
Wait what book?!?
Nick looks like young tom cruise!😍omg!
I’ve never been told by hospital staff that I had to leave someone I was visiting. Ever.
Never been denied visiting because I wasn’t family, either.
Me, yes sometimes because of strict visiting hours.
@@rogerlynch5279 Yeah but not after someone just woke up from almost being killed. Then you can normally stay with them as long as you want
@@TheonSeverasse Not in the hospitals and senior citizen homes I was in to visit my relatives and friends.
For Nick to stay would have been against medical standards. If she's in intensive care, they likely have a stricter visiting time because as an elder with cancer, she is a higher risk patient, especially after an attack like that, and assuming this scene plays immediately after she is brought in for care, having a visitor would mean the staff would not be able to monitor her condition, and lessen her chances of survival.
Usually, once the facility is certain the patient is not at risk, *then* family and other visitors are generally allowed to come and go unless they have specific visiting hours to ensure the patients receive enough rest- or an individual with POA (Power of Attorney, or a prime Care provider with court-approved authority) allows someone to be there. Nick could have POA, being immediate family, but his aunt would have to have had a lawyer approve of it, and clearly she is still very cognitive and independent, so that is not likely something she did yet, given what we as an audience know of her character, she probably had just been coming to the realization that she would need to allow him to have that authority. If Nick followed his aunt in immediately after she was shown in, he would have been shown out from her room that night for her safety, so that the staff could accurately moderate her condition in the event her fall or injuries caused more severe harm to her already failing body. You likely were cleared to visit after this sort of thing was okayed in the circumstances of your family and friends whom have been hospitalized, (And I am sorry you have had to go through that), but from what I can tell, the writers had them talk immediately after she was brought in, and this likely was because Nick himself also would have had to be checked out and provide what information he could as to how his aunt became injured, but being as *the elder with an already severe condition* was in such a state, and Nick was clearly cleared to go, he would have been seen out regardless, because she would have been tiring herself and minimizing her chances of survival if Nick had stayed with her.
She could have requested to see him, of course, however her best chance of life for as long as the hospital staff could provide would be to have her rest and her body adjust to the IV and medicine. If a patient becomes upset when a visitor is there, it is standard to have them leave and de-escalate the patient's emotional state. She would not be able to rest with her nephew staying, and her obvious stress over his well-being at that time probably was something the doctor would have noticed, even if she didn't know what they were discussing. A head nurse or doctor does have authority depending on circumstances to encourage visitors, including family, to come back or allow the patient time to recover after they have been there a specific amount of time in these circumstances if the visitor's presence could hinder the patient's recovery, or if the patient is just settling in and they are weary of the individual's health or if they have to be prepared to jump in with a crash cart. What's more, they probably had a copy of her medical records sent over, and knew she was close to EOL (End of Life Care), because of her cancer. So again, the staff would have needed to monitor her without a visitor hindering their work, or distracting the patient while she should be recovering what strength she had. That actually is standard procedure in a lot of emergency hospitals and private clinics. The writers researched what they were doing.

MY SUGGESTION IDEA TO THE CREATORS OF SHOWS IF THEY ARE INTERESTED:
My idea is to make a computer-animated (GRIMM) show series, that has an alternate version of Nick, who is age:16 when he gets his abilities, and that he is forced to move away, after he graduated from high-school.
I love the diversity in this program. Of course I love everything else about it!

I didn’t see the show much when it was on cause I worked nights, my god Nick is gorgeous. I wished they showed a little more of the vesen community getting use to a Grimm in their neighborhood, that would of been a little funny. I like Bud’s character I wished they showed more of him, I wonder how his wife reacted to Nick? lol. A little disappointed how Nick acted about Juliet becoming a hexinbiest, then later slept with Adeline they’re both now the same and what she put them through. I didn’t like that part too much. I loved the new Eve it would of been more interesting Nick getting use to her then being with Adeline. Then have the witches at each other.
I really hate ho this show was canceled

Question: How did Marie know that Nick's Grimm abilities had come in?
Because Grimm abilities for the males start manifesting later as they grow up, sort of like late blooming, unlike the female grimms who start showing the signs early in their puberty.
@@justforfun5990 Some don't get it at all. Marie's brother, Nick's uncle, didn't. So how did she know that Nick did? What indicated to her that he had gone through the change?
