I have a Yamaha 2015 Bolt with stock exhaust. I want to get these pipes. Just curious how did it change your life? Are you happy with the pipes? Thanks.
I had the pegs modified drilled out the pegs , shaved about 2" off the bottom, rewelded them and she is good to go. I'll post another video soon with the modified pegs.
Did you remove the old stock exhaust mounting bracket or did you leave it on? And your front fork covers, did it come with it or you added it later? I got 2014 Yamaha Bolt R Spec and my front forks didn't have the covers on when I bought it.
Love these pipes! They look and sound amazing! Im trying to decide if these will be too loud for me though. How loud would you rate them on a scale of 1-10, 1 being stockand 10 being painfully loud? Does anyone have any idea what sort of dB level these are, idle or under throttle?
Thinking about getting these for my bolt but my only concern is that they will produce a lot more heat? Do you feel the heat more now that they are sweaped back?
I don't know how to add pics on the thread. but I had to shave about 2 inches off the bottom of the pegs to get them to clear the pipes. I took them to a metal fabricator and it cost me $40. passenger says she can't even tell the difference.
Unfortunately I had to sell my bike several months back but I loved that exhaust and I'm sure I would still love it today if I still had the bike..... I'm sure my neighbors don't miss hearing me coming and going, lol!! Another thing I liked about was that I NEVER seen another Bolt with that exhaust here in California.
billybad905 9toes I had to have about an inch and a half taken off of the pegs, from what my passengers said is that they didn't even notice the difference.
Lee Hand Why would you say that? As a single parent raising my kid it was put on for my daughter. I had the back pegs shaved down about an inch and a half or so, and she or anyone else that rode on the back couldn’t tell the difference whatsoever.
I just put some on a 2014 bolt it changed my life
Are they toooo loud? Like is your neighbours going to be pissed? And riding noise, Need Ear plugs?

Best sounding pipes in my opinion!
Finally a video with these pipes! I'm ordering mine on Friday along with a Vance and Hines air filter. Can't wait to hear her
how well do or did the bassani exhaust work out i heard that you have to have your leg a certain way so the exhaust doesn't burn you or something
Thank you, believe it or not, it sounds even better in person.
Well those exhausts look and sound great
Its pretty loud but Its not to loud that it hurts your ears. I'm more than happy with them.
post a video with the passenger pegs please I am considering this exhaust. Sounds awesome deep sound to it.
I thought that I saw where someone said that they couldn't use pegs with those but I'm glad that they were wrong about it
I could be wrong but I don't see pegs in this video. My sweepers arrive tomorrow and trying to get ahead of the peg issue before I get to the install.
Good lord, that sounds absolutely exquisite.
Have you noticed any drop in mid-range torque and horsepower?

Niceeeeeee!!!!! Do you have video or picture of the passenger foot pegs with that exhaust?
What do you do with the o2 sensor? Have you had any problem with over heating and did you have to flash your ECU? Thanks!
So what was the deal with the pegs? Id like to see what you did

Id say 7.5
Thanks for the compliment
SWEET!
That sounds awesome!
So can your passenger not use that footage any more what they use ?
dose the O2 sensor plug in into those pips
That's gonna be badass! What fuel pak are you going with? I think I'm going to go with V&H too.
hi how much are them exhausts

Do you have any pics or video? Adding sweepers to my bolt in the very near future
Do you still have these on your bolt? I’m thinking on purchasing these for my 17 bolt.
how's the noise level on the highway? I'm considering the exhaust.
got these ordered yesterday!
Don't they block your passengers foot pegs now ?
hownu like the bike so far?
What seat rest do you have on it?
Hey bud. Are you still happy with your exhaust? I'm thinking about getting it for my 2015 Bolt.

Paul Parker Thanks for the feedback and reply. Appreciate your time sir.
Were the baffles in or out for this video?
WolfsbaneXI There are no baffles.
There are baffles and they are in. But they are easily removed with one bolt and you pull them out by hand with a rag
are you still able to have passenger pegs with the exhaust?
Owen Walters no you aren't
Owen Walters have to modify if you want to
I brought the pegs to a fabricator and they shaved off about 2 1/2" off and re-welded them.
Wow 👍🏽
I don't think that they'll work with the passenger foot pegs
billybad905 9toes I had to have about an inch and a half taken off of the pegs, from what my passengers said is that they didn't even notice the difference.
only into one of them.
Might as well get rid of the sissy bar and back seat.
