@Joanna i'm glad i did, step by step, QiGong sure not easy, sometimes can be painful (oh, well, in start all was painful) , paying
huge attention to posture and breath(ma bu, straight back can be trained by doing it with the back placed to wall in the start, pu bu better not to rise hill, so in start not so deep, bending with attempt of straight back, not arched, so its not so deep, not to the floor, but with time it come and when bending breath in, to keep spine safe) , with time things will get better, much much better, like normal sleep, normal sitting , some times pain can come back but it will not be so intense and will be short. I wish you great recovery and become healthier then before 🙏🌸
@Joanna it doesn't meter what was, important you are back 😊 over stand pain is possible on training after all ,after it there will be almost zero chronical pain 😊🙏
@@zli6160 Don't misconstrue my 'past' statement. Was not suggesting holding onto anything 'past' but merely to reference what I DID and now DOING. My past teaching enlightened the differential between Qi gong being a healing art as opposed to Tai Chi - 'fighting.' I don't speak through ignorance, only what I'm taught or that which resonates. I am philosophical, but not for the sake of minutae details that can be misunderstood by language barriers. Or even Chinese whispers! I therefore speak, hold my truth, but release what is not mine to express or own. In other words, your opinion/belief is 'yours.' ☺️. Ps trauma (pain) has manifested to physical illness. I will overcome. Peace....
@ Joanne its usual thing in internet, misunderstanding in internet and in short comments it happen even often 😊 i had understood what you wrote, the difference between healing and fighting, and only thing was trying to tell is not be upset that you stopped then, you probably had reasons on that times even if they look minor to you now (just tried to comfort , many people get stressed over past opportunities, very clumsy try for comfort, sorry , i'm not so good in it). Philosopher? Then make two of us. So if there have been any misunderstanding , my apologize 🙏🙇♂️, good recovery 😊🌹
