The saved by the bell “biopic” which I did watch - ONLY for Dylan Everett, definitely revealed some of this stuff, he had the brown hair and they wanted him to look all American blond hair with a slight California tan but still pale enough. So many people at the beginning thought his mother was his nanny or caretaker while he was on the job, which was nuts.
