I’d love to see a tournament that has 9 games per round for quarter finals onwards, where every player has to play every combination of race match up. lol probably would have won as terran
Clem not confident in his TvT ? is that a serious comment ?
It's well known that TvT is not the best match-up of Clem, especially against Top Korean terrans.
Yeah I watched the stream and he himself said he isn't comfortable in TvT, plus he already had TvT against Gumiho in the quaterfinals and lost. Gumiho kinda forces you to play mech in TvT against him (with new patch cyclone, which is very recent so no time to train counter-measures) and Clem really dislikes mech (too slow for him to have fun I think) so he prefered switching to protoss for the finals.
Gumiho already beat Maru and Clem to reach the finals, and Clem even loses to byun, cure or sometimes ryung. His PvT is definitely better than TvT.
@@maximemalherbe4325 Lets see: in 2024, Clem vs Gumiho is 5-3 for Clem. Maru vs Clem is 1-1 in 2024, 1-1 in 2023. Clem vs Ryung is 8-2 in 2024. I think those numbers are decently good for TVT vs terran koreans in HSC, certainly better than Clem PvT.
@@XabiBello Your hurting me here.
it's not about the money. it's about fun.
but also he got bullied by gumi before this specifically.
