Gigabyte AORUS 15 XE4 | Laptop I bought after Coming to Canada

Hello guys,
I had done my research before buying this Gigabyte AORUS 15 XE4, from India. I was thinking of buying dell, but after landing here, I changed my mind and got this in a good deal while visiting local stores, which is far better than doing just online research. I was a little unlucky to not be able to grab MSI Crosshair 15. Instead, I got this. Hope you like this video

Bhai main Aero 16 XE5 lene ki soch rha hun Memory Express se. But it’s not returnable coz it’s special offer $1799.99. Should I go for it?
Where will I find customer support if something happens. I don’t find any support contacts for Gigabyte Canada. Although there is one contact for the US.
