Everyone needs an easy weeknight recipe in their back pocket for when you just need to get some great food on the table quickly for a hungry family. Chef Tom shows how to make Easy Chicken Tacos. It all begins by building flavor on chicken thighs using a YS Cast Iron Griddle over the flame on the Yoder Smokers YS640s. Add a little Holmes Made Marty's Roasted Green Chile Salsa and some Heat Mavericks Jalapeno Vice Hot Sauce and you have a meal that hits the target every single time.
