When I was in computer training school, back in 1988, I was given the choice, of if I wanted to repair biomedical equipment, or computers. Well, like the mark that I am...I chose computers, thinking that they were the wave of the future...Not being intelligent enough to realize that people will always get old, and have medical issues... and that computers can just be scrapped, for the latest models!
Ultrasound probe leakage can be checked with a specific tester like this: www.flukebiomedical.com/products/biomedical-test-equipment/electrical-safety-analyzers/ult800-ultrasound-transducer-leakage-current-tester

You can also scrap medical equipment for newer ones. That's also what it is done, check his video with Louis Rossman
@@AdoKraT Sure it can be scrapped, if you have plenty of capital to replace with new ones!
Have you used this analyzer to test Ultrasound machines and the probes for leakage current
