yes and no the anime seven deadly sins which they took a bit of inspiration from and made their own sins which is Lion for pride, goat of lust, snake of envy, boar of glutton, fox of greed, bear off sloth, and dragon of wrath
I noticed that each character had the first letter of their "sin" on them. For Envy, it was on his shirt. For Lust, it was in cursive on his neck. Pride was on the collar of her shirt. Did I get all the places right?
I like how their animals appeared. Envy is an endless cycle of being unsatisfied so the snake did a loop. Lust is fleeting and quick and never reliable or constant so the goat sped by. Pride is large, unmoving and forever constant so the lion just stood there and looked at us.

I love the fact their eyes light up when they’re doing their sin, like at around 1:03 when it zooms into envy and his eyes are green when lust is doing his thing with those humans (I sense a crush oooo). The little details like that throughout you animatics are what make them so amazing.

I kind of feel like it ties into the different interpretations of lust, specifically the one where Lust is simply the over-love of something; Humans often love cute things and feel the desire to protect and care for them, and this can be taken to both passive and aggressive extremes (enabling negative behaviors vs becoming controlling towards/over the cute individual, both in the name of Love in some form). With Asmodeus, people probably tend to fall on the passive end of this extreme, which is most likely advantageous for him.

Oh my gosh, watching through this, everything makes sense for what they can do, and what they have! Levi, being Envy, is an artist, he tries to recreate what he sees others have in his drawings. Modeus is a shapeshifter, able to take the form of whatever would let them woo the people around them (Also, they can play music? Might have just been a joke, but that also makes sense considering musicians are seen to be able to get partners), and Pride's a very formal person, wearing a suit, and her general personality. This is just amazing! You put so much amazing work into these characters!

1:06 I absolutely adore this part-characters that can shift and warp reality and themselves like that are always some of my favorites because of how much fun they are! Either with comedic gags or impressive visual presentations, they're a joy to watch. This whole animatic is wonderful as well. ^^

I legit know what all happens and like...I love and adore Modeus, they need a hug and protection jdhdjd so cute and pretty🥺💖 Also, Modeus and Levi’s dynamic is adorable, these two dorks, and Lucer’s just there like wow they’re idiots.....but they’re my idiots. The other sins are like oh here we go again xD I like the range in these animatics, there are heavy, sad ones, there are lighter ones, there are fun, cute ones like this.
