None of those windows popped up for me for the desktop version. None. I have the toolbar open. I went through the File menu to access Trimble Connect. I was only able to upload my model to Trimble Connect. I see it there, but I don't see what you see at 3:38. After some digging around, I found the "Invite users to project" in the Settings. It's totally different than your version. I am using SU Studio 2023 and the Chrome browser.
There is no share icon in Sketchup For Schools Web, how else can I share my project with my teacher? They say that it needs to be shared via a share link

If are you referring to 2:38, the address is web.connect.trimble.com to access your Trimble Connect projects

I typically share my files from my pc to my sketchup viewer on my phone , but sharing from ipad to sketchup viewer has been problematic
