Hey bro, I’m grateful that you’re making this content specifically for Asian guys. You’re making a real impact for the future generations and I wish I had this when I was younger.
Is there any advice for Asian guys that wear glasses? I feel like wearing glasses bring down the attractiveness so much, it depends on the glasses too but without it, you look more confident and attractive
@@shazsam78 the point is you dont need sunscreen indoors if you’re not next to a window all day, not that it’s difficult. Just pointless and waste of product/time
This guide is mandatory for asian men. I feel like we got underhyped before K-pop and asian culture as a whole launched worldwide. Now is our chance to elevate us in the social hierarchy. But I still see too many asian men not hitting the gym/taking care of their looks... which must be the first priority (after becoming a doctor or an engineer lmao, u're still asian)
I wouldn't bank on the soft boy aesthetic doing much for you past a certain age if you live in the west, as certain careers and women after around like 28+ want a man who looks traditionally masculine, i.e., dominant/strong, and this is the case in even uber progressive Nordic societies. So, if you're younger, go ahead and exploit this kpop aesthetic while you are able, but I really don't want us to think fem maxxing is gonna elevate us in the social hierarchy long term lmao, it's just gonna worse stereotypes of effeminacy. As a related side note, the fact that as an asian man, lookmaxxing for your ethnicity requires you look like a twink to appeal to a set of people interested in a growing niche is a sad state of affairs.
Becoming Asian is a big decision. I would take time to consider if this is actually what you want. Talk to friends, family, and most importantly your physician before making a final decision. It's not for everyone but personally I am glad that I became Asian. Wish you the best of luck on your journey. 🙏🤙
Piercing are not required when glowing up. There are plenty of attractive men who do not have their ears pierced. It is mainly just a style preference. If you want to wear earrings, get your ears pierced. If not, then don't.
For workouts I would actually highly encourage NOT doing PPL. For beginners, doing PPL is often too much (6 days a week) meaning you aren’t likely to recover fast enough, train hard enough, or stay consistent enough. Impo, a 4 day split is perfect for most people. Provides enough rest in between workouts and gives enough flexibility for a busy workweek :)
You're disadvantaged but outcomes in life are not influenced primarily by looks, even if it is true that looks and height have a significant influence. You are not cooked

Another great video mate :)
appreciate the support my brother
Dang, you prettyyyy
Man I love the reference to traditional Chinese medicine
You should also mention sunscreen for skincare!
A dermatologist I consulted with said prevention is 80% of the benefits of skincare
Yes, sunscreen is really important. Doesn't matter if ur going out or not, always put it on.
@@shazsam78 ?? you don't need to use it indoors unless you're right by the windows all day, that's just insane lol
@@youngornitier u do what u want, im pretty sure a majority of people go outside and have windows in their rooms.
@@youngornitier it’s not insane, you just wake up and wash yourself like usual. Then you do skincare with spf at the end.

Well made video!
Im a girl but i want to do this
Looks like I have a extremely bad sleeping schedule. I'm getting some pimples after a long gap.
Can you make a video about piercings? Should all guys go for piercings when glowing up or does it depend on other factors?
Piercing are not required when glowing up. There are plenty of attractive men who do not have their ears pierced. It is mainly just a style preference. If you want to wear earrings, get your ears pierced. If not, then don't.
Depend on your aesthetic. Frankly skinny lean guys look better with piercings, not big guys.
you look like the type of guy to be pushin positivity
Make Asia great again!
Im not east asian (im south asian) but im lowkey curious
More advanced info pls 🙏

Yes sir
I think its way too hot in the summer time for those styles but Im guessing we can't just roll pubicly in tanks and shorts
Watching as an south asian 😅
Thanks man this is really gonna help us asian men! (I’m a fully white man)
If I'm already heavier than I should be, should I focus on cutting first or just gaining muscle/bulking?
Lift weights consistently, eat high protein and stop eating when ur 70% full, you’ll slowly lean out & build muscle too
Does this video apply for south asians?

Bro it's literally fine. Beginners will recover faster due to them not pushing as much weight since there just starting. It's fine.
